They're also the worst top 6 side this season. They'll more than likely finish 6th as their form is taking a nosedive right when Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool are finding consistency.
I think their biggest problem (aside from Costa and lack of quality signings) is that Bakayoko and Kante are too similar. Their only creative outlet in the middle is Fabregas, and Hazard/Willian/Pedro/Morata are all having bad seasons by their standards.

Wouldn't say Arsenal is finding consistency but you do feel they'll improve now with finally having a quality striker. But yeah, with Chelsea they've always seemed close to a meltdown this season with Conte.
