Of course they aren't, they just came back from a 4-1 deficit against Barcelona and deserve to be where they are. Could go both ways really but one thing I'm sure of is that Klopp won't underestimate them. Over both legs against Barca they were very good. Barca were gifted goals through OG and false penalty, and got thoroughly outplayed by Roma in Italy.

My concern with Roma in the final is the potential for a one sided final. Even more concerning for me if they play Real Madrid. However, I'm sure some expected their QF to be one sided and we know what happened there.

I don’t see this as an easy matchup for Madrid in any way.
The way their form has been, it’s Ronaldo doing all the heavy lifting in terms of actually putting the ball in the net. If Bayern can limit him, I like their chances since they have more scoring threats than just relying on a single player like Madrid are doing. I think that can only take them so far unless that changes.
