I think it is a non story, it just does not make sense for any party and I am not sure there are the legalities to make that happen: PSG renouncing their obligation to buy by getting onboard a third club and still making a favourable deal? For the papers, I think Martial is on same level as Mbappe and only being ruined by Mourinho, who is unable / unwilling to develop his youngsters because he needs fast results.
No. Martial is just as good as Mbappe with the right coaching and just needs a manager that will give him confidence. I would give them Sanchez instead if it was my choice. And who's to say that Mourinho won't ruin Mbappe as well?

Mbappe is an immense player. Intelligent, great mentality, lethal, movement sensational. He's actually the opposite of Martial is all those 4 things.

It really shouldn't need to be explained. Mbappe doesn't need developing, he's the complete package already and will improve by himself with game time.
He is the next in line of super talents with extreme maturity at a young age. It was Rooney 15 years ago, it was Neymar 5 years ago, now its Mbappe. Of course there is Messi and Ronaldo, but no one should be expected to be at their level.

I've seen Martial play for United for 3 years and never thought he's more than a medicore player who can produce good moments. Mbappe is sensational.
Also worth thinking about; would we be happy if we sell Martial to Juve and buy Mbappe cash only?
PSG wouldn't and shouldn't let this happen, sadly for us. They have other less important players they can offload to raise funds without selling one of their stars of the future who they have only recently acquired.

PSG spend money like it's going out of fashion but I've seen nothing to suggest Martial would actually be a good boot cleaner there. There are professional boot cleaners out there who would do a better job than Martial.

I'd be more keen on using Martial in some sort of transfer deal with Juve which includes Sandro/Dybala.
Where's this thing that PSG are desperate for money coming from? Don't they only need €60m for FFP? They got around €10m from Celtic for Eduoard ffs. And they have plenty of fringes players they can sell like Ben Arfa, Jese, Pastore, Kyrchowiak, Guedes to drum up the rest.

But if Mbappe, Messi, Bale or our recent signing and one of the best attackers in the league in recent years Sanchez had to play Martials position how would they do?
And when I say position I don’t mean left winger it’s more of a converted wing back that’s expected to defend just as much as attack. Martial or any of those players mentioned aren’t made to defend its completely pointless and a waste of their talent.
The difference being that Mbappé is a wide player who played striker when Monaco had several injuries upfront and he did extremely well. But he has no problem playing wide because that's where he has played his entire youth career.

People don't genuinely think Martial is as good as Mbappe is, do they? Martial is nearly 4 years older, has achieved less in his career and his game is far less polished. Mbappe knows how to run without the ball, for one. He also doesn't need to play in one specific position to play well, unlike Martial (according to some posters on here, at least). In fact he looks just as able as a RW for PSG.

Martial's agent came out and publicly said he was looking to move and there's been barely any links to big clubs, the only real one coming from small time Spurs and a rubbish source claiming Juve.

This is correct. If I read some of the reports on PSG and Financial Fair Play, if they sign Mbappe this transfer window, then they would be in breach of FFP next season. Don't see this as a starter at all.
No. They already signed Mbappé. And the transfer has already gone into their books, and it's already been taken into account by UEFA in regards to FFP

Yes, because he can play on the right wing. Martial can't.
Martial is a better dribbler than Mbappe and also has better close control. Mbappe is better at timing his runs and is the more direct player. There's no point comparing the two. Both of them with the right manager and right tactics are top top players.

With that said, I actually rate Martial and would love to have him at Liverpool.
Honestly if we get him, last place I'd want him is on the right. It's helping him develop his all around game for sure but he's even better when playing with a partner up front.
