Would you swap Mbappe for Martial + cash?

Didn’t Mbappe say something last year along the lines of he didn’t want to go to United anyway. Think it was spun as in he hates Jose’s style of football but I’m sure the actual interview was more he didn’t think at the time that move or the way we play football would be good for his development.

Think he is better coming off the left anyway but he’s still good off the right.

I’d rather watch them together in a team tho but gun to head have to go Mbappe.
 
It's a myth that Martial is talented....too thick for my liking.

Before anyone has a go I'm talking about football intelligence.
 
Only player for wjom i would swap martial. Mainly because mbappe plays on the right. But chances are 0.01 %
 
M'bappe has regressed a bit last season though. Still showing those signs with France. He is a bit too predictable and wants the ball at his feet far more than he used to.
 
I dont really rate Mbappe as much as everyone else so it depends how much cash

Shit like this is why discussions about Martial get so tedious, the overrating of him is fecking insane. The only player you'd swap him for?
 
It won't ever happen, but yes. If Martial wants to leave and PSG need to lighten their FFP a bit then it makes perfect sense.
 
Shouldn't PSG have been banned from making the Mbappe loan into a permanent if they have were really 60m over limit or whatever punishment for them is.

Yes( if you don't count unrealistic targets like neymar, messi or something). We have future world class player in our squad. Why swap him for somebody.

The only way you could ban them is if they didn't had the money and the UEFA don't have that power anyway.
 
Martial is technically wonderful but so is Mbappe and more importantly he has that hunger, which is conspicuously lacking in Martial. So yeah, definitely. Also he plays on the right (doesn't he?) which is exactly what we need.

Just find it odd that transfer was allowed to go through given it was initally a loan to get round FFP and suddenly PSG need to sell 60m worth of players to meet the regulations.

FFP can't prevent transfers, clubs are free to purchase whoever they want as long as they have the money. FFP is only about UEFA competition participation.

No it wasn't. Both PSG and UEFA said right away the Mbappé deal would be counted a transfer right away.
 
I would. For all his talent, there’s something about Martial that doesn’t quite sit right with me.
 
The article says utd looking to deal with Monaco, not PSG.

So why would Martial move back to Monaco, it's a load of rubbish.
 
Yes. 100%. But Mbappe is a franchise player for PSG. No way they're letting him go at age 19, specially if Neymar leaves (which I think he will in 2019).
 
Yes obviously, but its about as likely to happen as us signing Neymar.
