Day 17: France-Argentina, Uruguay-Portugal.

So if Portugal go through I can see France doing the same to them. Sinilar team to Argentina. Unless a miracle happens (like 2 years ago) France will simply have too much for them.
 
Messi looks like he's given up after 2-2. Great mentality to have, that. He's a great player, but hardly a great captain.

The mentality may be their only stumbling block.

I doubt it.

France have good players but a woeful manager. A deceny side doesnt collaose like Argentina did and they won't be so lucky. Argentina are even worse though and honestly shouldn't have been at this tournament.

Dybala would have done nothing. You can argue that Maradona would hand struggled with this team, they don't have a single player outside of strikers and wingers who is even good let alone world class.
 
Imagine not starting Agüero or Higuain in a world cup round of 16.
