Britain is the name of the island, so it doesn’t include Northern Ireland. But it also came to be used as one of the official names of the country, as it is short for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, which is the official name.

Also remember that it is difficult to rate a president, as some laws/programs/incentives will have long term effect and therefore not easy to quantify the effect of.

It's why he's absolutely milking this Presidency for all its worth whilst nobody can keep track of how much he's violating the emoluments clause/nobody is arsed. Becoming President saved him.
When Fusion GPS were interviewed by house intel, Glenn Simpson said that they were trying to find any financial records they could get their hands on and one of the only ones they could find was for Trump’s Scottish golf course. Due to UK tax transparency laws you can put in a FOI request for them and he said it became apparent that the course made no money whatsoever. The income was shockingly low and golf clubs are obviously very expensive to maintain.
He went on to say that you can’t confidently say that is the case for all his courses or businesses but when he has had so many bankruptcy’s it sets alarm bells ringing and alongside the money flooding in from Russia to his properties in Panama, Toronto, Florida and New York, it’s not difficult to believe that it’s a money laundering operation.
