So you did react at "Sherman Kim"?

He acts like he's the nation's dad, and citizens are his children. The patronising twit...

Trump tweet saying he allowed McGahn to talk to Mueller. Deleted either because it was a typo or because his other lawyers told him he can't say that.

Edit....

Finally watched the Netflix Dirty Money episode on Trump. Much of it I was already aware of but when it’s packaged like that with emotional recitings from the people he’s either conned out of money, sued out of money or launched completely unnecessary and very public personal attacks on, it really sinks in just what a piece of shit grifter he is.

I know someone wished death on him earlier in this thread but I’d feel empty if this cnut dies before his entire image and agenda is stripped away from him.

Also... had a random thought earlier on a near perfect way to see his Presidency end. He somehow makes it past the Mueller investigation and gets his second term. During that term he goes full dictator, pushes congress into removing presidential term limits allowing him to run for a third term. He personally signs it into law in his typical bombastic style and the next day announces his campaign for 2024. The following day, a Democrat declares his intention to run for President:

Step forward Mr Barrack Obama.

I was pissed but you know what if he went face down in his corn flakes this morning I think the world would be a better place. The right is on the march and every two bit racist piece of scum in the western world is emboldened by this presidency and the sooner it's over the safer a whole lot of folk are going to be. But yeh, agreed, let's take all his power and privilege from him first, everything he worships, and hold him accountable for his lifetime of fecking people over and criminal activity first. That Netflix epsiode really leaves you in no doubt that this man has no redeeming features at all. He serves no purpose other than to serve himself.

It's funny, one of the podcasts I listen to made a great point: the public/media have only ever experienced Trump like scandals through investigation. We just don't know how to deal with someone that basically commits actual crimes every day over Twitter, but if the exact same action had been discovered through journalism or a leak from a piece of paper in his handwriting, it would be a destructive.

There are too many examples to count such as his daily breaking of the emoluments clause, specifically targeting stocks which he undoubtedly has some interest in, libel etc. Just two days ago the President of the United States made a public statement on a man currently not only in trial for crimes, but at the jury deliberation stage. That breaks so many ethical boundaries I don't even know where to begin. And if it had come out that he'd had some fixer tell the jurors the exact same thing through back channels and it had all come out I genuinely believe he'd be in trouble. But because he just does it without a care, our systems can't seem to deal with it.

And the thing with Trump is, he's has the self-control and morals of a toddler - I know I've got one. If he wants something, he just does it, and waits for the consequences. And America isn't parenting their toddler. So he just keeps getting worse.

We're at the stage now where about 35% of the country will follow him to the grave. It's an amazing testament to their own stupidity coupled with the propaganda machine of the right, but somewhere the GOP have to see where this goes. Everytime Rand Paul and Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio prostrate themselves at the Trump altar all they're doing is removing their own name, their own brand. And Trump will not be around forever, and he has absolutely no loyalty.

I'd like to think that the majority of Americans will come out in a massive anti-Trump wave in November - and in terms of popular vote I think that's what will happen - but the gerrymandering and voter-suppression strategy just might work.

This point's been made since 2016, it's like when Mr Burns has so many diseases that they cancel each other out.

There was this one out of the few he’s posted today.

More projection from Trump, no surprises there. McCarthy pioneered the use of Television for his scare tactic propaganda. Trump is pioneering the use of social media for it.

I guess he's ignored those 350+ editorials complaining about his attacks on the media.

Well I'm reassured

There was a Diamond Dallas Page quote in there, if you can spot it. The President of the United States quoted DDP whilst making his promo vignette. What a time to be alive.

Anyone else think Trump is the first US president that doesn't love the US? I know he's a lot of other things first and foremost, but the thought just struck me...
