I usually wildcard in week 3-4. If you don't get on the fast risers you can find rivals hold a million or more value over you which can be critical later on

Appreciate that, but all Wildcard teams are far too similar. My team is currently worth 99.8 and I have 1.0 in the bank, so I guess I have been quite fortunate. Don't get me wrong there is a couple of players that I would love to have now, but I just have to hope the likes of Hazard will punish those that don't have him and give them a selection headache

I fully expect him to get loads of points playing rather poor defenses now. With Auba/Laca up front, he'll make it happen I think. I'd actually love to have Auba too, but he's just too pricy and I don't want to get rid of Kun just yet (though I expect him to be dropped rather soon and frustrate the hell out of me)
That's what I always do when I wildcard, but you only gain this 0.1 if a player rises twice. Not sure if we'll see many of that this week!
That's true. A Mane brace might do it (just brought him to keep anyway though).
Would a Mane brace get a few people to drop Salah?
I would be seriously considering trading Salah for Mane and upgrading 2 midfielders when I WC.

Play a 3-4-3 and get Zaha/Arnautovic in to replace the 3.5 striker or go 3-5-2 and get Mkhi in instead of the 4.5 CM.

I think that MF looks quite weak. Upgrade Jota to Richatlison.
They'll all rotate. Just pick one and stick with it. One of the Silva's look the best option.
Not popular but I don't think Richarlison will amount to much during the season. He started off similarly last season. In any case, not touching him at 6.7. Jota plays very high up the pitch so I'm hoping he gets goals/assists.
He played similarly last season right up until Marco Silva got dismissed...that is key for me.
Same could be said about Richarlison, who at his last goal was almost a striker - and he's got a great fixture list.
Personally I'm not sold at Jota at all. Way too much reputation on what he's done at championship level. Even a cheaper option in Kante or Jorginho is better imo (good fixtures)

True mate, Jota is a risky option himself but the way I'm looking at it, if it doesn't work out, I'll be in the WC territory anyway so I can make the change while doing the overhaul.

That's the tough part for me too. Was already thinking of Wildcarding early, but I realized I'd just get the same team as everyone else, and that's not where good value is I think. It's better to throw it when other people has used it and is struggling in fall or winter and the fixture lists get strange.
Took a -8 hit yesterday because of the knee-jerk price rices on Ederson, Mendy and Mkhi. Subbed them all in for De Gea, Darmian and Bernardo Silva.

I had to take a -12 this week after de bruyne got injured
Had already done the FT getting bissakka in earlier so each change cost me 4 points.Not yet for me but I had these thoughts. £3.5m price difference is a big deal, I could upgrade several positions but I am currently happy with the rest of my team.
I think I will go with Mkhitaryan after all. He has to get more value over the next month than Bernardo will.
Or maybe he’s not. City have an easy schedule too.

Why'd go with VVD instead of Robertson? Goal threat from headers? I actually considered Lovren as he's a bit cheaper but decided to go for Robertson for assists.

Yes
Annoying that I'll probably captain Aguero all season and one or two others in my league will captain Salah, meaning his 'half' points for me aren't even good and almost feel useless. Might just change to Hazard as @glorious says.
If Salah now scores one, it'll reduce the pain of switching captaincy from Aguero to him as 10 missed points doesn't feel that bad.
