That’s gotta be his brother or something

Yeah, I deleted it for that reason. It had to be. Had me on a quick scan through though.

If it was him then Luke Shaw isn’t the biggest problem anymore

Should have kept it up, was funny

Injured yet again then it sounds like

Been here 4 seasons and had one good 5 or 6 month run in that time.

Apart from that 6 months he's either been average at best or injured.

What a waste of time, space and money.

Extended his contracts 2 months ago.

What a clowns of management we have, it’s a circus.

I like him but yeah, if he's constantly injured then we should simply get rid of him, no point in keeping what could be a squad player who cannot be relied upon due to his shit injury record, ditto Jones.

Should have been out the door a long time ago.

Seems crazy we've given him a new contract. Can't believe we've only still got rid of Rooney and Blind since Jose's come in. Darmian, this guy and Jones should have been booted a while ago.

Shame about that, wish him a speedy recovery.

Not the biggest loss thankfully. He should be nowhere near the starting XI anyway. We should have tried to sell him in this window in fact, especially if Mou wants to bring in another CB.

To be fair: Schweisteiger/Schneiderlin/Depay is also gone.

Why all the hate for Rojo? Remember how good he was until his knee injury? After an injury like that there can always be other injuries for a year or so following that.

He isn't the best defender we have and always looks like a red card waiting to happen BUT at least he shows passion on the pitch and will give his 100%

Some of the comments in here are embarrassing.

Supported United for over 20 years and can't think of a worse CB we've had that has been with us as long as Rojo has. I think he's a terrible defender and can't wait till he's gone.

He wasn't particularly good before his knee injury. He has had only one good spell, during the "Rojones" period in 2016-17 season which started from game 11 (6th of November) till game 21-22 which was end of January '17. So a 3 month good spell in 4 seasons. That's it.

He's a poor man-marker quite often getting dribbled and turned by strikers. He has the worst disciplinary record of all our defenders averaging a yellow card per game (even during that run in 16-17, that's why it ended) and always gets drawn into silly spats flirting with red cards. He is also a serial hoofer of the ball when is possession.

Passion on the pitch and giving 100% is not really a great line of defence for him. I would show passion on the pitch and give 100% doesn't mean I'm anywhere near good enough for mind Manchester United. Same applies to Rojo.

He's aggressive and a defender who's always on the "front foot" pressuring strikers. He has an ability to smell danger and often makes good last ditch tackles (although often to correct mistakes). Those are his best attributes. But that's frankly not enough when he's burdened by so many negatives. And his negatives have nothing to do with his injury as they were very evident well before that.

3-4 months when he looked up to the job in the 4 years he has been at Utd. Anderson had longer spells of usefulness than that ffs.

Where the feck is he? Surely he can’t be any worse.

I’d be tempted to stick him alongside Smalling for next game.

He's worse than Jones. We're in deep shit. Bailly needs to get his shit together sharpish

A hot headed rash defender against pace is certainly not the player United need in this crisis.

Pre injury he's our best CB by some distance imo. I'm hoping last season was just him getting back to speed and he's ready to kick on again from that injury now.

He’s worse than lindelof . It has to be Bailly smalling v burnley

I'd give him a chance, he had a decent spell at centreback before which did come as a shock but all the same. Either try him or Matic at left centreback, can't do worse than the others.

Jesus. This is his 5th season and if he has had 35 good games for the club I would be surprised.

Mourinho didn't even mention him as an option when asked about our CBs after the game.

He's surely off before the end of the month.

No way. Lindelöf is by far the worst signing we made since Fergie retired. He looks a liability in every game. Rojo isnt great, but he is not shirking and a soft shit. He misses some tackles and hits some, but Lindelöf never commits. Schneiderlin mk2.

Jesus, all we need is this clown to come back so all of our incapable CBs complete the cycle. Please leave and take Jones and Lindelof with you.

He deserves his chance to prove he's also not anywhere near good enough. It is weird he's so out of favour though, I've always thought he was a bit crap but Mourinho seemed to like him in his first season and actually got slightly better performances out of him than we'd seen previously.

If he can't get in the team now then wtf is he doing here?

Waiting for his turn. He's last in the pecking order because he was the worst last season. He'll probably have a go and maybe he can keep his place for a few weeks while the others wake up
