Can people not see that endorsing violence against a journalist at any time (let alone in light of the present situation with Saudi Arabia) is just crass and unacceptable behaviour?

He's been attacking the press since he first became a candidate, this is just the natural evolution of that for him.
Well, health care being above the economy is certainly ominous for the GOP. You'd struggle to find anyone who was particularly happy with the GOP's proposed health care plans.
It may also partially explain Trump and the GOP's low numbers. Ordinarily, a strong economy/stock market/low unemployment would be very good for incumbents, but since we have a fecking rodeo clown in the WH who doesn't seem to have any decent ideas on healthcare, it seems this would be a massive opening for the Dems to exploit.

The Dems just need to sharpen their attacks calling out the blatant lies of every Republican. Latch that health Care repeal to even new candidates.

Its entirely plausible they will hold the house. Low percentage, but not out of the question.
Nate Silver's forecast is the highest I have seen. Above 84%. But true. In the end it is All about turnout.
