The one thing that pleases you most since Ole took over

Plenty of things.

- He isn't winning because the teams we faced are weak or because of some "new manager bounce", but there is an actual cohesive attacking structure in place.

- Pressing.

- Players in their proper positions.

- Using Pogba and Martial, and improving Rashford.

- Positivity and respect for the club -- natural as he is a club legend.

- Lastly, very happy that such a personality is succeeding, you always want the guy you like to do well.
 
How quick the transition period was and the speed of the implementation of OGS' philosophy.

They've both been excellent players for us for years. The way our fans treat players here can be just as bad, worse in fact, than what that prick Mourinho did.
 
He fits what United are about. Attacking football and hope that youth will get a proper chance.
 
Best thing for me is Gary Neville has stopped talking for a bit. Never got a clear answer from him if he wanted Jose out completely or believed he deserved a chance because Ed didnt get Jose a defender. Neville's comments created so much media pressure it also possibly effected the team. His latest hatred for Pogba was stupid as well. Even when he posted that picture when Jose left (intentional or unintentional) he still posted on social media that he should go. I lost a lot of respect for Neville in the last 3 months, im glad he will be quiet for a bit.
 
Let’s get it right, in 3 games Ole has us playing the “Sir Alex Ferguson way”.

He said in one of his post-pressers that he’s come in and made it “the way it was” with Phelan’s help etc. That’s what I’m most happiest about. We just look like we want to express ourselves and the talent in the team with the effort we put in will just beat most teams in the league.

*I can’t wait to see how Ole does in all the big games now I’m so excited for them
 
I'm enjoying watching the way my club is playing after a long time. Not getting hopeless if a goal is scored against us. The hunger to go for more goals when up by one. The players seem like enjoying every bit of the game, means a lot to me as I have to pay a substantial amount every month to watch the games where I live. But this is worth it.

Starting positions of the full backs.

It has allowed us to play out from the more accuarately and at a much quicker tempo.
 
Debut post here.

For starters I am pleased only with the fact that I look forward to Utd games nowadays.
In the post-SAF era we've had managers who either put themselves in the center (LvG, JM) or are have wee-club mentality (DM). Now we have a humble former player and club icon who most of all wants us to attack and focuses on us rather than the opposition. Early, maybe too early to draw any conclusions. Remember Giggs short interim spell we should maybe be pleased with the attacking game working again.

The omission of Fellaini to a bench role has gotten my approval and high praise from me. Under Mourinho, Fellaini was one of the first name on the team sheet, which shows a huge contrast to our new approach. Furthermore, attacking fullbacks and how he made our attack more dynamic.

However, it is still early on and I expect this even from Eddie Howe if he took charge. I feel Ole is going to disappoint me in the near future.

What I want to see going forward is smart squad rotation and not displace good performing player just to shoehorn players for morale or recognition. In addition, dropping performing players and not giving them constant lifeline like Mourinho did.
 
The tremendous positivity he has brought back to the club, the game plan that he pursues and the players responding to it
 
It feels like we’ve got a little bit of that Fergie magic back, albeit through Ole and all he learned from him. Puts a smile on my face just thinking about it.
 
Everything already being said. For me, I just can't help how humble and likable Ole in pregame or post match interviews. He treated everyone with respect and he's not falling for the traps laid out by reporters to disparaged Mourinho. I just love his answer when he was asked, are this his level (of management). He said, I don't know if I'm at the level (of Manchester United), but I do know I feel at home.
 
Redcafe pleases me the most since Ole came.

The idiotical threads and the reply wars seem to have passed.

On a more serious note the results please me. With or without the results we'd be in big trouble for the rest of the season. The positive performances are a bonus, but I'm holding myself back until a better opponent will face us.

And, as everyone, I'm pleased that Ole came and that the idiot left.
 
That Ole could directly, just by giving an interview where he spoke well and said the right things, get everyone to be happy again. It was indeed a little miracle.
 
Not wanting to punch the gaffer in the gob for the first time in 6 years is a welcome relief.
 
The happy faces on the players, fans and probably more telling the "backroom staff" on the bench. They have previously sat there with stony faces for most games. These guys are most likely to be most affected along with the players by the change of manager and depending on who takes over in the summer could all be out of work.
 
The positivity he's brought back to the club, somewhat re-uniting the for/against Mourinho factions.

If a manager makes you look forward to the next game then he’s doing something right.

I’ve dreaded watching games at the end of the last 3 manager’s tenure.
 
I really like the unpredictability of our play now.

For the past few years I could see the next three or four passes before they were even made (many were sideways, back or very sage). The big change for me is players are taking risks and challenging themselves to play those more difficult passes.
Also first time crosses. Thank God someone has told our players that they don't need to stop the ball dead before crossing.
 
Knowing that the club won't be embarrassed by the manager's attitude in press conferences
 
Looking at the bench and seeing communication between the coaches and not some po faced dickhead looking like he couldn’t be arsed to be there
 
Thrashing crap teams and not respecting them like they are some kind Reals or Barcelonas.
 
That thing where when we have the orb shaped object we try and roll it in the direction of the other team's rectangular fish net thingy, rather than milling about while the other squadron have fun playing at sporting games.

It's been so long I kind of forget the correct terminology.
 
I’m just glad that I’m looking forward to watching the match again. I’m not getting ahead of myself and reckon we’re gonna win the league or whatever, I’m just pleased to want to watch United. It’s like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
 
The positive attitude he brings. It's a far cry from the moaning and groaning we've had to endure from the previous Manager. Like most people here I now look forward to watching the Team play. Win, lose or draw it doesn't matter as the Team is back to playing the free flowing attack mindset we've all come to appreciate from Utd over the years. With a little tweeking at the "back" we'll be very competitive. I have trust that Ole and his coaching team have the answers.
 
He's style of play.

Attacking fullbacks, and our pressing when we don't have the ball. All this is coming from the manager.
 
I can actually expect us to score goals. Which was not the case with Jose.
 
Can I mention two things? The reason being that they are pretty much a joint tie.

a- we're playing fantastic football again. The type of football I haven't seen United play since Ronaldo's time
b- the drama has gone. I was sick with the toxic interviews, the lineups that didn't made sense simply because the manager didn't trust his best players, the constant jabs at everybody and those frigging 3 fingers. I wished SAF went on the pitch, with open palms (he actually won more then 10 but SAF was too successful for one to count) and then slapped Mourinho with both hands.
