2015/16 Suarez shits on any forward playing today... at least 2 levels above, that was an historically great season that stacks up against any other great striker in football history. This Suarez doesn’t but he’s definitely still up there for sure.
If he was playing for Bayern or PSG and Lewandowski/Cavani was playing for Barcelona I guarantee you the people criticizing Suarez would be criticizing Lewa/Cavani exactly the same way.

With Liverpool fielding centre backs #4 and #5 getting an away goal really should have been their priority.
I don’t see Cavani, Lewandowski, Firmino, Benzema, Morata, Diego Costa, etc. having all out of the output Suarez has, his energy off the ball, his ability on the ball and being able to destroy a top team like Real Madrid with an hattrick and a 10/10 performance like Suarez did earlier in the season. Yeah. He still has his moments but is not really that good anymore and breaks up too many of their attacks. They will probably be looking to replace him come June.
This has been due for the past 2 years but I just don't see it happening while Messi and he are still great friends. However, off late, it's noticeable that even Messi seems to be avoiding passing to Suarez. He's way way past his expiry date and we'll see he won't find him many takers if he's put up for sale.
