To have forwards that are technical and tricky enough to do damage with the ball at their feet and also quick enough to go fetch it is frankly unfair.

I do remember Schneiderlin starting v West Ham early on and he was taken off about half an hour as his Dad have died in the week. Guess when stuff like that happens you can easily lose motivation for the game particularly if your career is on downward curve.
