Heads weren't in the right place. Everyone took an age to decide to pass, or shoot, or move.
I think the game was lost in Midfield. Poor games for Pogba and Matic, but Fred was decent.
Really fine margins in a close game. Let's look forward now. Shit happens.
The wind did us no favours.
Good job i don't post for the benefit of you then. If you don't agree, then tell me what it is you don't agree with please?
Lukaku puts one of his several chances away and it's a different game totally. I'm really not concerned about top 4. If we play like we did today we'll get it. Nothing went right but some of the football we played was the best all season.Thought we made a few stupid possession errors but agree broadly. Game was very evenly matched, and had we scored then who knows?
Matic and Pogba were a little sluggish at times and while they stood out I think I look to those two to be more composed. Fred had a couple of errors too. Already said my feelings on Rashford who I honestly thought was OK. Certainly not the worst by the margin he's being rated.
I think we will see a rebound against Wolves, but today was a bad loss in that the top spots are out of out hands again.
Bingo. The 442 to start the game was a mistake, but he corrected that after 20 minutes and from then on I thought were the better team. Matic was a bit shit, and Rashford was horrific but everyone else ranged from decent to good for me. We were unlucky a bit on the two goals, and we missed our chances. It happensReally don't think Ole did much wrong. We had our chances, they had a soft penalty; these results happen.
Yeah, agree. Strange picking Fred out. Thought our worst 3 players today were Matic, Pogba and Rashford.Fred played well.

Maybe it's misguided. We are battling for 4th after all.you must find joy hard to come by!
Both teams played badly after a European game. Pretty normal. On another day we'd have scored 2 and got a deserved draw, and if we were just a teeny bit lucky, De Gea would've saved the first or they wouldn't have gotten soft penalty.
For a team that's clear in bad shape personnel wise your expectations are deeply misguided and set up to leave you miserable over and over again
DDG - 2 Howler, never saves penalties
Young - 7 Good, still has lightning pace
Lindelof - 4 Shocking, looked like the Lindelof of last season
Smalling - 7 Good
Shaw - 7 One great cross, good runs forward most of the game
Dalot - 5.5 Quiet, didn't do much but still looks quality when he has it.
Matic - 4.5 Very poor, didn't offer anything
Pogba - 4 Worst game of the season, ruined alot of attacks, glimpes of quality
Fred - 6.5 Good game, unlucky with the penalty but shouldn't have dived in
Rashford - 3 Mostly awful with some glimpes of quality. Tries too hard at times.
Lukaku - 4 Should have scored at least one of his chances, but he does look much better at times.
Greenwood - 7 Looked quite good
Martial - 5 Ineffective, stands too far wide.
Okay, thanks for your input.I literally don't agree with all of your post. Hence my post that said I don't agree with all of the train wreck of your post.
But for clarity, here are the sentences I don't agree with:
Absolute bunch of pretenders. Waste-men thinking they're the bees knees after PSG.
Arsenal weren't even that good today. We gave this result to them with our complacency. How many dangerous opportunities broken down due to a lazy final pass today? So annoying.
Rashford needs to be benched. Attitude was shocking today and has been for weeks now. (Why he thinks he's Ronaldo i don't know. So arrogant.)
Matic? What's the point, just stood there doing nothing. Might as well have still been injured.
Pogba? All over the place today, never got into the game. Wasn't helped by the confusing tactical shape.
Lukaku? Okay you scored vs PSG but today is why you're not a top striker. How many chances did he squander today?
All in all, joke of a performance.
Btw, I didn't read past that... because I knew how fecking daft the rest of your opinion must be.
De Gea makes a mistake that's like any other mistake anyone would make and then he doesn't save a penalty which you blame him for?
You are the worst poster I've ever come across -- hands down.

On to the next game. Anyone making grand overreactions to this need to get a grip.
Maybe it's misguided. We are battling for 4th after all.
I just think that they should have seen this coming.
Where we fell short was down to our application, we had many opportunities today that we just wasted over and over again. Where if we were prepared correctly, i think we would wipe the floor with Arsenal today.
Players letting recent success get to their heads.
That's what is most annoying.
Abysmal performance in the first half. Arsenal absolutely dominated United. Fair play to Unai Emery, he got his tactics right.
United got into the game more second half, without really threatening the Arsenal goal. But I felt the penalty really killed any prospect of United getting a result.
Arsenal deserved the three points today.
Thanks for yours. Knee jerk as it isOkay, thanks for your input.

Fred has become one of the new scapegoats, it seems.Strange picking Fred out
What do you mean if we were prepared? Of course we were prepared, claiming otherwise is idiotic. We created loads, Arsenal didn't create much but had the important goal because of De Gea's mistake. That's nothing to do with preparation... That's just a mistake and one of those results that always happens after a long run.Maybe it's misguided. We are battling for 4th after all.

It did have draw written all over it until the DDG mistake, but yes you're spot on.I don't think we dominated. I can't even remember us creating many chances. It was a bit of a nothing game to be honest. Neither side really dominated anywhere on the pitch
Happy we won of course.
Seems like you're way too involved in football.
It's not the last time Arsenal will smash us. We got hammered at Highbury circa 2004-05.
