Yeah it was always going to be a very soft brexit imo - customs union will be the result I'd imagine but will need extension to Article 50 to renegotiate withdrawl deal thats if there is no general election/reversal of Art 50 in the meantime.

It's a possible solution to the NI border issue and probably the only real solution available. For that reason alone it's probably what will happen.

In all seriousness I actually think deep down none of parliament want to leave because they're sh!tt!ng themselves of the consequences if they do and no-one wants to take responsibility. Even the ardent Brexiters.
