Why isnt Son playing? I hope either he or Holebas doesn't play their 2nd game as sat on my bench 1st to come on is Pereira with 8 points

Jumped up 3 places in my work league so far to the grand heights of 7th, has anyone heard anything about Aguero I didn't see the 2nd half but apparently he came off injured? Really hope it was just a precaution.

I have 6 players available so far for next game week if they all play, fortunately have 2 free transfers, only chip left is bench boost
 
57 points, small green at the moment from 3.6k to 3.15k. Can't see tomorrows game having too much of an effect on my rank but bit disappointed I veered from my original draft which would have done a lot better. First instinct is usually right, will try to remember that in future.

@coolredwine I thought Chelsea were a bit unlucky to concede but it was a great goal from Cardiff. I was more hopeful for a clean sheet against Cardiff than Brighton so you could be right!

66points so far, I should have opted for Azpi rather than Luiz! Need a big score from Sterling.
 
Aguero to start or not?

I'm actually kind of conflicted in what I want to happen here haha, I've captained him myself but my two nearest rivals in my work money league have triple captained him!

Personally don't think he will start, they have a semi final on Saturday and he already pulled up after 50 minutes - why risk it? Obviously if they are desperate for a goal after 60 minutes he will come on but City are more than capable of putting away Cardiff with Jesus up front.

In other news, just did a Rashford to Lacazette transfer.
 
Need something from Pogba and Rashford tonight.

Invested heavily in Chelsea (Luiz, Hazard and Higuain) because my main mini league rival owns no Chelsea, yet they still let me down in the first game of their DGW.

Yeah. I have literally never had a good DGW. Aguero, as TC, with a goal and an assist in the first half hour of the 1st match, fecking nothing since. From anyone. 8 still to play but resigned already to utter mediocrity.

There never is any point as managers rest players. That's why I didn't bother too much with it this year. I only had rashford because he was already in my team. The only DGW player I specifically got in was Luiz because he also plays next week.

Gutted a chump at work has gotten away with his shocking lack of planning, in not having Aguero!

I got 2 points from Sane in the last double game week!

Yea, I m glad he did something, but if he was fit, I would have most likely be in the top 1000 of points earned this week. It is the loss of points that annoys me more than him doing the bare minimum of what I expected.

:lol:. Yea, I understand, but considering he did so well with such limited game time, there was no doubt he would have done more if he was fit. Sterling might even do better despite nothing anything in the first game.

That’s the most annoying part. Not me getting less points than I expected, but the guys in my league who didn’t plan and used all their chips early and with a low team value, are getting away unpunished so to speak.

This same guy got away with 6 players last week! He should have really been punished for that.
He's still bloody 2nd in our work league, and we have 78 players!

Yep. He could easily have matched that 50 or so he got on the last one. Annoying. And must be super annoying for the triplers.

A guy in my league got 75 from Aguero a couple of years ago from a single game! Newcastle. It was bloody 0-0 at half time, and I think he still came off before 90!

There's something sickening about when you don't have a Kane, Aguero, Suarez type. You "Hope" they don't "do much", and then you see a goal come up about 5 mins in.
Then it'll be 2-0 in the last min, and just when you tell yourself they've at least "Only" scored 2, they obviously get the hattrick.
 
4 points from 3 players tonight. I honestly knew Pogba was a waste of time to have this week, but went with him because the two closest rivals below me in my league had him.

Mctominay is my joint second highest scorer this week. He’s on my bench as a low value filler. Says it all!
 
Jota first on my bench with 10 points and no hope of coming on.

Knew I should've risked someone in Pogba's place. Just not in form.
