UEFA Champions League Quarter Final fixtures (9th - 10th, 16th - 17th April 2019)

This is going to be unbearable next month. Come on Messi don’t get injured.

Porto the better team tonight but not clinical at all. Liverpool punished them with the couple of chances they created.

How ironic, Fernandinho actually makes a fair tackle and gets a foul

This is what having quality players give you. Pep has done a good job but he would not have been able to implement his philosophy if he still had sagna, clichy, kolorov in his defense. Buy quality players and success will follow.

City will have played Lyon, Shakhtar, Hoffenheim, Schalke, Spurs and Ajax in their route to the CL final. Ridiculous.

Doesn't help that we keep signing players that seem to make little impact on our team for 7 seasons now. :smirk:

So fecking depressing this. Took everything I had to watch last nights Utd game and City playing beautiful football. Cant see us overtaking City or Liverpool in the next 3 years at least.

If it’s City - Liverpool please note I was never really interested in football and I don’t give a single feck about something called “champions league final”
How can a final have a league. Stupid and doesn’t even make sense. What is a football

If this isn't a perfect example of bottling it? feck sake! Spurs are so fragile when something is wthin their grasp.

if we had bought Gundogan he would have either been on the treatment table all the time like Hargo or rubbish like the other Dortmunds buys.

It’s written in the stars that it’s going to be a City v Liverpool final. With City winning CL, Liverpool winning PL, Chelsea winning Europa League while finishing 6th and Arsenal making Top 4.

Maybe it’ll make the heads roll at our club.

There is zero similarity in playing style between United of old and this City team.
There are some similar ideas between the two; quick transitions, great counter attacks, world class players especially in attack.

Why are City's most dangerous players - Aguero, Bernado, Sterling and De Bruyne, being given so much space? This is basic football. Close them down!
