Yup ruined and corrupt. Because the people behind VAR are Spur fans and even though it was an offside by the rules of football a non Spur fan in the VAR room could have interpreted the situation differently. That's what I got from their posts.
This is an exciting day for me to make fun of city fans.

I have a very close friend who's a City fan. So it's on a more personal level for me. But I don't know a single Liverpool fan.
Maybe it's different when you're living at Manchester.

Talking about the title race, the FA Cup Final,etc.
So I said to him......
“If City win the PL title and the FA Cup, City have done the treble.”(having already won the League Cup)
He looked at me, paused, and blurted out.....
“That’s not the proper treble.”(here we go, blah, blah, blah)
Implying United’s treble was the proper treble.
I replied.
“The proper treble is the domestic treble, not the treble United won.”
To my knowledge no English club has ever done the domestic treble. I stand corrected on that.
So which treble is the legitimate treble?

Too plastic to analyze. Their reaction was meh compared to "I dun believe it". Their team scored the 'winning' (granted it was overruled) goal and They had people busy with their phone recording without any excitement at all.

Yeah am I the only one who finds the whole vibe really apathetic. A stoppage time knock out winner at the end of an epic game. Its like a load of people who went along to their friends Sunday league and know when they should celebrate but can't muster the feeling to actually care. It's abysmal

I actually agree with him to be honest. Celebrating a goal is the paramount moment for any supporter in the ground.
You would have a glance at the lino, if his flag was down, it was your cue to go full on mental.
The fact it could get brought back for VAR is always in your mind, so it sort of spoils the moment.
It's not so much about the rights and wrongs of the decisions, though I can see your point. More to do with experience of watching football.

Tremendous.I'm from India actually! Plenty of Arsenal, Chelsea and United fans and a few City fans here. There are a decent number of Liverpool fans but none that I know personally.

I always have a moment of hesitation on celebrating any goals because of Keane v Arsenal & Sheringham v Juve in 99.
I thought that too - that's one of the most tame last minute goal winning celebrations I've ever seen.

Conversely, Spurs fans celebrated it like they won the whole competition. We were missing no drama in that whole phase, the decision was made quick enough to not lose that.

Wow, those scenes of celebration would have been embarrassing without VAR. The definition of a plastic club with actor fans. Now win the league and have your little tea party.
I was at Anfield for the Dormund match 3 years ago and when we scored a last minute winner, the roof nearly fell off. It was utter madness and the most incredible atmosphere I've ever experienced anywhere. Those City fans dont look like they give a shit. I'm glad they're out although I am a little shocked that some plastic flags and piped in atmosphere didn't win them the game!

Well that’s a silly conspiracy theory. In reality it’s a group of 5 United fans who are deciding these things.
