Doesn’t really make any sense. Also didn’t the Mad King have her father and older brother burned alive? So is she considered a traitor to the Stark family by hooking up with the son of her father and brother’s killer?

They're the Kingsguard. If they knew Aerys and Rhaegar were dead then Baby Jon was the king and they weren't gonna let him be taken.
They were under Targaryen command so Lyanna probably had no sway with them.
The story that most common folk know or believe is that Rhaegar abducted Lyanna so she isn't considered a traitor.

I'm a bit pissed with how they're going to avoid using dragons in the battle by protecting Bran. Who cares if he dies, and you have 2 of them anyway.

Couple of show death predictions
Davos dies protecting the girl in the crypt
Jaime dies (at some point in the show, not necessarily next episode) protecting Danny from death. He then lives as folklore as the greatest Knight because of what he did.
Two scenes make me think this :
One back when Joffery went through the book of Knights with Jaime and he talked about the pages and pages the great knights had. And then he went to Jaimes page and said something like "what's this, kingslayer only has half a page?" Jaime then just said "there's a lot of time to change that"
Also in the last episode why they showed the scene where Jaime goes To tiryon "you have a lot of faith in your queen" and Tiryon replied "she's your queen now too".
Jaime will feel duty to protect her and he will clear his name as legend in the process.

Joe Dempsey wasn’t but the majority of the main cast were under 18 when filming the first season. Kaya Scodelario was 14.

Quick Google search looks as if they were all 18 or just about to turn 18 for each respective generation.
They were King's guard who swore their life to protect the king. Surrendering to his enemies/killers would've meant dishonouring themselves, I guess their plan would've been to take the Baby into exile and join up with Viserys and Dany - or die trying.
Everyone thought Rhaegar took Lyanna by force - hence her brother confronting Aerys II, getting killed together with his father and the whole rebellion kicking off. Ned is the only big player who knew that she actually went along with him voluntarily and he just seems to mourn her loss.

I’m on S02 E08 on my rewatch-whilst-concurrently-watching-the-latest-episodes clusterfeck and it’s still so annoying how Snow’s ‘honour’/naivety continually goes unpunished (this plot armour extends to the Stark family - bar Ned - at large, to be honest). He’s now currently a hostage of the Wildlings after failing to kill Ygritte when the chance presented itself, an even then the Wildlings, for reasons totally unreasonable, fail to kill him when they capture him. These sort of unrealistic (for the setting) scenarios continually benefit the Starks/Snow and they continually evade dangerous episodes. It’s ridiculous.

Let's not act like that's the end of everything. I'm still working on my first novel.
They've been beaten, kidnapped, lost their home, forced to watch loved ones brutally killed, raped, tortured, actually killed, but at least they've not been punished.
Watching the wall coming down again scene. It is so visually awesome. I know people laugh at the NK riding the dragon, but everything else makes it look visually scary. Im sure it must be stated somewhere, but would love to know the budgets for the three eps (moneytrain, suicide squad ep and that ep).
It must be so much easier to right unrealistic stuff as you arent bogged down by budget. BUt at the same time, those talking about GRRM, hes clearly having a shit time trying to progress and write things to make it make sense (and isnt bogged down by budget and time constraints to please a network). A lot of people make fun of the directors of GoT (and some things are a bit silly, eg some of the dialogue, dorne, sons of harpys...) but overall I give them so much props for basically making mini movies in relatively short amount of time, amongst a very popular epic fantasy series.

Those that will die will likely be the ones who's story is at an end. Varys is an interesting one on that front, he's got nothing left to do but I don't think he's had his final farewell unless it happens during the next ep. The likes of Brienne, Greyworm, Beric and others that have been mentioned are all pretty much done story wise. The latter especially if the prince that was promised is revealed, or Mel comes and takes over.

I suppose if someone read something that turned out to be true, they would have half expected it? Like it wouldn't be as huge of a shock since they'll know of that possible event, and people would rather something happened they didn't expect at all. I imagine GOT purists won't want to read something that would make too much sense for it to not happen, ruining their experience of watching a new episode as they'll be always thinking of it.
I wouldn't say I'm that kind of person but I can sort of understand it.
These spoiler tags are bizarre, obviously we are all just speculating and it's a given that main characters will die this season. Surely no gets upset reading these? It would be like someone telling you "I think United will win 2-0" and then you say to them tomorrow "Cheers for ruining the game for me last night"

Not that anything in Skins was actually porn but there’s definitely a grey area in the 16-18 age group.
What highly sexualised scenes are you talking about? I barely remember her during the first generation, she only really was properly in the show during the 2nd generation which were seasons 3 and 4?
I'd be astonished if either Bronn or Meliasndre appear at Winterfell in the middle of a siege by the undead. I believe they'll make an appearance later in some King's Landing related stuff. I'm guessing Meliansdre might bring back an army for Dany to replenish her depleted forces to take on Cersei (Dario perhaps?). I guess a lot depends on what happens if the show decides to make the white walkers the last battle before the shows end or if it ends with the golden company and Cersei. In terms of next episode, Grey worm and his girlfriend are almost certainties.
