They also talk about the dragons being used in the battle, which, again, goes against what they were being deployed for. They've written it from the perspective of how to defeat the enemy in combat, which, as we know, would be idiotic. The only way to win was to kill the king. They want the dragons to be attacking the undead at the trenches, but as we already aware, they are utterly lost in the fog.
