Champions League Semi Finals (30th April - 8th May)

Too many players out. Our bench tonight genuinely makes my eyes bleed.

We'll be doing well to come away with a draw tonight imo.

I've no idea what to expect, but you could easily be right ... we're missing probably 4 of what might otherwise be our starting XI. It's a bit of surprise to me that Llorente is starting - so more of an attacking set-up than I expected.

Are you nervous?

I don't understand why Pochettino persists with starting Llorente in the big games, he will end up chasing shadows and now they have no attacking options to choose from the bench. I thought Ajax were maybe going to win before, now I'm almost 100% sure that it will happen.

Have you seen their bench? I honestly don't think there's anyone else he could have played.

The state of that Spurs bench

Only one vaguely attacking player.. and it's Sissoko. Injuries and suspensions should see this be a win for Ajax, but I like that Pochettino's trying to overload the midfield areas, that worked against Dortmund and could end up working again here.

It's either Llorente, Dier or Davies full back and Rose in to midfield. Not blessed with options right now.

Happy for either of these teams to do well. Both make me sigh at what's become of United.

Supporting our friend Daley Blind, so come on Ajax. 2-1

No axe to grind with Spurs. Glad it's not boring Bayern in the last four that's for sure.

I can't decide who I want to go through, I love Ajax, they have been the greatest underdog story in Europe this season, beaten teams who are massively favoured over them but on the other hand, I always want English teams to do well, except for City and Liverpool. I also like Pochettino and I want Spurs to get through just so this can be a big feck you to our board for being so dumb to appoint Ole so early. We could have gotten Pochettino and instead we are stuck in the worst managerial appointment again.

Finally a match which i can watch as a neutral and not care who wins. Hoping for lots of goals, hopefully 4-4 or something like that

Apart from our missing players, I'm a bit concerned that Ajax have had a whole week's rest for this game ... whereas our squad is not far away from running on empty.

Ah well, que sera sera. Hopefully we'll go into the 2nd leg with still having a reasonable chance to reach the final.

This stadium and atmosphere puts us to bloody shame to be fair

Not gonna lie, that Spurs stadium always fills me with envy, rage and frustration in equal measure. :(

Imagine capping it all with a Champions League trophy in their new cabinet.

Biggest game in Spurs history! (well both games). May the best team win not just this game but the final too!

Everyone knows what Tottenham do when they get close to winning something.
