How could we end up with Fred while letting Fabiho went to Liverpool at a lower fee?? How??
 
Well done Liverpool. That's a smack in the face of United fans that were in denial about them being much better than us, on the grounds of the lack of silverware. I hope we make ourselves as worthy as Liverpool is right now. The better our opponents show themselves to be, the more work is expected to be done in our own house.
 
This is making me sick but it's an incredible feat by Liverpool tonight, Barca being absolutely shit or not.
 
So much for Messi. I mean, he is probably a better footballer, but Ronaldo is waaaaay clutcher.
 
So is Liverpool's midfield still too workman-like? Or maybe its time to realize that 4 tackles and 1 interception from Fabinho, and 4 more tackles from Henderson helps the defense have to do less work

Ajax got insane momentum too. I think the final could go either way. Spurs in the final though and Liverpool win 99.999% of the time.

There heart and desire they’ve shown all season puts our players to shame. They run themselves into the ground, unfortunately our players are more concerned with instagram. It’s so depressing.
 
Barca did not at any point even try to match them up for effort. Disgraceful considering it's a semi final, they thought they could stroll through in second gear

Fully deserved tbh. As much as I like Barcelona you just can't defend that performance. And the disgraceful thing is it was a carbon copy of the last bottlejob v Roma. Valverde is too spineless to be Barcelona manager. You've got a 3 goal lead and an ultra attacking team. Why sit back, invite pressure and try to weather storms that you know you don't have the squad for?
 
You have to say Barca not even scoring one goal tonight, they didn't deserve it.

That's Barca away from home whom people told us they're like gods and losing to them in such way in both legs is normal. They're strong at their home but they can be defeated and even humiliated away from their pitch.

They really do seem to have this weird arrogance/complacency in the knockout stages, especially the away legs.

Complete opposite of the Real side of the last few seasons that always rose to the ocassion in these situations.

Barca fans in paritcular, what the HELL went wrong? Also you must be super pissed at some of those chances to make it 4-0 last week.

They are mentally weak in the biggest games. We have seen this before. They also got a weak defense that could be exploited.

Barcelona are great when they are attacking teams. Trying to play on a result and they turn to shit.

I assumed as much, the sad part is that this Liverpool team deserve all the success they get, they play the game right way, and remind me more of classic Utd than any Utd team in recent years.
 
No need to be bitter. They are a very good team with several average players.

I'm jealous.

Can't imagine what Klopp would do with that city team.
