Ironically, that's the kind of signing 'the world's biggest club' with a supposed 'galactico policy' should've been making for decades, not hiding behind a conveniently cheap tradition of playing youth. If and again a BIG if, we are bought by Saudi's, the worst thing they could do is buy galactico's. If they are to have any chance of getting the supporters on their side, they will need to stick to the traditions of United. They just really need to learn off of the mistakes made by the Glazer's and Ed.

This was the chap that was the first to tweet regarding a potential takeover. He basically says that he was invited to the Abo Saq residence and tried to get info regards a takeover but people at the residence wouldn't be drawn on a potential takeover and were keeping the info confidential. He's pictured in the tweet below at the residence.
That was then followed up by Naifco who was also in attendance and was asking United fans why they wanted #Saudisin
Then you had the LinkedIn chap who is basically the chief PR guy for the Royal Family saying United had been bought by a Saudi Investor. I would assume he meant a verbal agreement of some sort might have been reached.
