Obvious, it's new, no vaccine and it's very concentrated atm. On big flu outbreaks nobody have ever done that kind of extreme measures. Nor they did with MERS or SARS.

Reading about the funeral in Spain where more than 60 people got infected makes you wonder about any grouping event. Football should be stopped and voided all over Europe until we can restart new seasons.
There was some expert on the news yesterday saying that stopping sports events might not even have an effect, which is quite obviously bollocks. There's going to be so many more deaths than necessary because of dumbassery, nonchalance and lack of action.
Nobody cancelled the PL for bird flu or swine flu, and we're all fine now. I remember being afraid that birds would be around me when I went outside, I thought I would contract the virus if a bird happened to peck me or even lightly graze me with its beak. But that turned out not to be the case, I was ignorant to how bird flu actually worked.
