Premier League Gameweek 3

City have lost it. They don’t seem to dominate games like they did a couple of seasons ago. Any chance their club doctor has changed?

I think the lack of preseason is definitely a factor and they didn't look great second half last week.

However, they've lost a few top players and not really replaced them not to mention the fact that Pep's never been at a club this long and his methods have a tendency to cause burnout due to the intensity he demands.

City should buy smalling and jones, we can help our noisy neighbors

It's why I never quite got why people assumed they could turn it on for the CL knockouts nor that they would be back to champions this season. They've got a clear glass jaw, in both league games against them last year it felt like we could create chances against them everytime we got the ball while trying to get through Liverpool is so much harder. That's a coaching issue, their pressing is nowhere near as organised which means their defenders, who aren't as good, get exposed more regularly (plus Allison is vastly superior to Ederson).

Garcia can't play at this level. Been keeping an eye on him, he just can't.

Vardy tearing them to shreds.

City are rubbish defensively. They aren't running Livepool close this year either. Number 20 it is then.

Really don't see the difference between that and the Brighton one yesterday...
Only slight, didnt see the replay, but id look like garcia went into the back of him, whereas the guy yesteday went into pogba. Could be wrong though

It seems Man City's doping department has been left in the dust by Liverpool. Other teams need to up their game on this side of things.

But I thought that City weren't affected by the lack of a preseason and that it was no excuse for us to have??

Whenever we think we're having a shit time, some other club always manage to outdo us. :D

Swear everyone's been saying that City haven't skipped a beat this season, that they weren't struggling like we were, someone should give Leicester the memo

Nathan Ake playing for City.. no wonder they are shit..

feck.. hard to enjoy this knowing what it means.

The downside to this as previous said is Liverpool having free run at retaining their title.

KDB should leave. He will not got further with this squad.

Didn't Pep himself say that his ideas have a finite lifespan at his clubs, and that's why he leaves after a while? Might be approaching the end of the road for him there.

His dad did though didn’t are am I mistaken?

Yeah, Rory was eligible because his parents are Irish so Liam would qualify via grandparents rule.

Rory Delap was pretty shit so there was no interest from England. It looks like Liam might be a much better player.

Liverpool heading for a 20th title. I feel sick.

Pep is an embarrassment. At least I feel a bit better about our result regardless of the performance.
