Yet another Tactical Masterclass from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Whoop whoop!

When its mathematical impossible for us to enter UCL.
Yeh that's what I think too, but I thought maybe if I said it a thousand more times, maybe just maybe the football Gods will listen.

Eh, who am I kidding, we are run by Ed bloody Woodward.

OGS signed a 3 year contract? Maybe they may sack him if they don't have to folk out much to release him and get Pochettino

Looks like we whooped too much after RB it ended up whooping against us eventually.

Tactical masterclass by Okan Buruk, one of the finest tactical minds in football currently; up there with the likes of Dean Smith.
Time to stop calling those types of performances masterclasses. Istanbul did the same to us and countless midtable teams have done the same in the league. Maybe they should also submit their CV to Woodward. A masterclass is about more than stealing a win against the run of play

If pochitino has designs of replacing Ole I'd personally give Old Trafford a massive wide berth. We need to face facts that whoever is in charge it's going to be dire.

So easy to defend and counter-attack against us. Not sure what Ole is trying to implement by getting Maguire involved so high up the pitch. We play a possession oriented game in the final third but we lack movement and creativity. Our counter pressing is piss poor as well. This is not the first time we passed ourselves to death and then get caught by those long balls over the top. Spurs had one which was identical that had us exposed with Matic as the last man.

Shaw usually go back and defend when both our CB are in box. Even when our corner was defended both Maguire and Tuanzebe didn't bother to go back. And Shaw was out of position since the start of the play. This is not even school boy error.

Where is the person that created this thread? Doesn't he criticise Ole outers of not showing up when we win

He’s a troll who doesn’t want United to win or challenge. If you say anything negative about Ole as a coach he’ll say you’re not a United fan.

What happened to the times we used to fly forward? And actually work their keeper.

Worse than Moyes?
Yes. At least Moyes was premier league quality manager at some point of his career. Put Ole at WH, without these resources and he’ll propel them to the Championship like he did with Cardiff.

When he’s eventually sacked he won’t land a top job or even WH level one anywhere.

I think in these COVID times where money is short, the club can’t afford to feck around waiting and hoping to see if it comes good again with the current manager.

He would have spent 1 billion and still be shit. Ohhh God, that era still gives me jitters

Possibly but Moyes still did a decent job at Everton with a limited budget. What do you think Ole will do at Everton with a squad worse than what he has now?

We can call Ole terrible without trying to make Moyes seem better than he was as well. Moyes was fecking abysmal. Trying to reason out who's more terrible between both of them is just a discussion not worth having. It's like asking if you'd rather get shot on your right knee or your left knee.

The owners are ultimately responsible. The argument about Ole is academic! Sack him, back him, who fecking cares, get it into your heads that the manager is not the issue

The board has been poor since Ferguson left.

Moyes shouldn't have been the replacement.

Van Gaal and Mourinho both did not have a history of playing the style of football that Manchester United got known for (the attacking one)

Then, maybe Ole shouldn't have been signed, because his only previous experiences at the time were with Molde and Cardiff...

Things won't truly change until something in the board changes.

Did you notice he did it again today? The exact same change? 4-4-2 diamond to a 4-2-3-1?

Didn't think so!
I didn't watch it actually

Well, I got in to watch the last 20 minutes, and to be honest I haven't a clue what was being played at that point.

Enjoy the tactical masterclass today chap?

Before Rashford we were barely pulling thru the game with Leipzig. The goals glossed over what was a very average performance the first 70 mins.

Honestly, they just need to hire the right coach. I think there's about 3 or 4 right now that would get us playing good football that the majority of fans could get behind.

Every appointment so far has absolutely divided the fanbase from the start. They've got a chance now to put it right and, for once, get us all in believing in the direction of the club. Our squad is strong now, just get the right manager in for christ sake. This really is simple.

Hell, even if we take a punt on Rose or Hassenhuttl, the fans would be excited and would be willing to give these guys a chance to make a legacy here with their exciting football. If it fails, fair enough, we roll the dice again. The only one that would backfire and split opinion is Allegri. He's a poor man's Jose imo and we all saw how that went.

Just had a quick nosey and the OP has spent all night in the US Elections thread

It will be comedy genius if he pops up with another thread like this, should we beat Everton.

Thats a difficult question. Very difficult question. But I completely get where you are coming from

You're the most blatant troll on the site! Every single one of your posts is anti-United.

It's fine that you're a rival fan. I just don't get why you pretend to support United instead.

Ferguson had a major say in Moyes hiring. It was practically his selection.
