He does, yeah. I think Napoli are overestimating his value on the market given that he's still a good striker who's had interest from Juventus in the past. Then again, Napoli have done this several times in the past with their players.

No, this is pure pettiness. DeLa had a big falling out with Milik in the summer and now he's just deliberately making it harder for him to move now out of sheer spite

Not just that, he also got to have fun in Toronto when he played for Brazil in the 2015 Pan Am Games. I remember when he was convicted of sexual assault here, which was wrongful and correctly dismissed afterwards.

He was out at the bar and got together with a local girl there. They both drank and had fun, and Piazon invited her over to his room at the Drake Hotel. Long story short: they had consented sex, but afterwards, the girl claimed that she didn't have enough control over herself to properly consent. An arrest warrant was issued for Piazon, but he was already out of Canada by then. Eventually, his case was dismissed as there wasn't enough evidence of the girl's claims.
