This is the 4th European final that I won't be able to watch live. It's always the shit inconsequential games that I manage to get time off work for. I hate working, I hate fiat currency. Love United. Let's go!
Google - calling in sick for work...

Interesting. As long as we don't go 5 at the back it's exactly what I want

With the form the pair have been in together it would have been very hard to justify starring then both Imo

No McFred is a big plus point. The question is, which one drops out and who replaces him?

For me, I'd drop Fred on the basis that he has been too unreliable recently and replace him with DVB, who had his best game for the club on Sunday (imo).

I would also be happy with this coming of his performance against Fulham, would be incredibly helpful moving the ball forward.

Be very surprised if Ole ditched McFred now. It's his go-to and although people have their disagreements over the two starting together, more often than not, especially in big games, the two have been pretty reliable.

The last two months it has not been. It's been killing us tbh

I'm people manager of a few teams/~20 people in logistics and can't imagine not letting people schedule time off in a way they could accommodate big events in their lives.

    Crazy.

Have your spoken to your boss?

if they play the 4132 as rumored, it's a big task to move Pogba in the CM alongside Scott. That makes me a bit uncomfortable as PP is just as ineffective at times as Fred can be building out against pressure.

After a little thought this could either mean,

    A. Pogba or Donny playing in the pivot will show intent on attacking them straight of the bat.
    B. We have reverted to a back 5 as Ole doesn't trust us defensively enough without Maguire.

Both are real possibilities but I am hoping we attack them from the start and get the early goal, yes we have been amazing when on the back foot in games his season but it something we should certainly not be relying upon in a cup final!

I don't know if it's foolish, but dropping Fred to keep both Mason and Marcus is definitely more of the 'United way'. It signals we want to take the game to them.

Of all the games , Ole ditches the McFred combo in this game? Especially when Maguire is out ? Would be suicidal. We need them to cover our weak defense.

    Hope the info is wrong.

I'm hoping the leaked lineup is bollocks, cos rest assured Emery will have people combing social media for these leaks and will plan accordingly.

I'd suggest taking leaks with a pinch of salt after the last one said Jones was to start v Wolves

Strange for Ole to change McTom in a big game, but maybe Ole couldn't leave his fave Rashy out, and Mason is by far the best option on the right...Pogba has to start so it's one of McTom to suffer.

Hope it works and United smash them to pieces.

Thinking order curry now or so, and nuke it later. After beer it doesn't matter what it's like really.
    Very true,

Worry about the collateral in the morning...

I think so but Donny’s performance against Wolves puts him in the frame, and if the midfield isn’t clicking or too safe, He’s the man to open them up
Yup. I hope that is indeed how it lines up.

If I order for during the game, they've got a 15 minute window to make the delivery. Not a fan. Will prob order something now-ish and nuke it at half time. Leaning towards curry.

You can't go wrong with a curry to be fair, but I've always been impressed with Dominoes delivery, almost always at halftime.
