Next Spurs manager?

It would be a strange move for Poch.

Like going back to an abusive ex
Poch: "Hey Daniel, we need some new, fresh blood. Lets get real steel in the engine. Some flair on the wings and a goal scorer to replace Kane."

Levy: "sure thing, leave it with me".

Poch turns up to training and sees Quaresma, Oriol Romeu and Eder, the scorer of goal.

Poch: "what the feck?" :(

Levy turns up wearing a tank top and swigging on Stella Artois.

Levy: "see what you made me do?"

I laughed but then I realised this could happen to Ole :(

This is such a shit appointment. Ditched by Roma for underperforming and replaced by Spurs former manager Jose

He must be wondering how the feck he walked into such a good club.

Fonseca and Mourinho both had crap seasons and ended up trading places.

So Fonseca and Mourinho both had crap seasons, finished seventh, and just ended up switching jobs?
A massive decrease in toxicity to be fair. It appears that Levy is putting all his faith in Paratici, which could end up interesting or very very amusing.

Joke of a club

The decision for them to be part of the ESL becomes more laughable every day

Thought Fonseca would be big candidate for Wolves or Everton, that's more his level tbh.

Not a bad manager by any means but long way from tier A one which Poch is imo and Mourinho at least with reputation is although moving into B category.

Guess in these circumstances it's an o.k pickup for Spurs to keep them around top 6 but would be amazed if he's got enough about him to push on towards 4th.

So Spurs are replacing Mourinho with the guy Roma sacked so they could hire Mourinho? Sounds like a good move.

He's been chosen by Paratici, who according to reports, knows him well and the appointment will make life easier for the DoF.

From the two matches against Roma, I liked how they played against us. Don't remember anything from Porto but his Shakhthar also played some good football. Think, this has huge potential . The unknown factor is always exciting to be fair. You either get some good results or he will fail miserably.

Good against us? They were shite we battered them. He failed with Porto and Roma god knows how he’s got this job.

Gone by December IMO and the worst thing for Spurs is he’s apparently close to the new DoF it could cause all sorts of unrest if he gets a bad start.

Going from Poch to Mourinho to a failed Roma manager is a little weird the more I think about it. If I were a Spurs fan, I'd rather roll the dice with Rangnick, and let him try and turn them into a Leipzig or Dortmund. Levy seems to be trying to hard to find a 'winner'.

So from Conte to Fonseca ? Nice...
It's like visiting the Mercedes dealership but ending up buying a Peugeot.

The result has nothing to with how they played though. We spanked Nagelsmann too it doesn't mean anything.

With better players with Spurs, he could be an exciting option for them. It would be far better than someone like Nuno.

Generally speaking Fonseca has been very underwhelming. He didn't do well in Serie A in my opinion.

I dont disagree with that. To be honest, I don't watch Roma at all. My comments were purely based on the CL matches with Shakthar and EL matches with Roma. That's like 4 or 5 matches in many years.

Half the Spurs squad will be hiding in Kane’s travel bag on his way out.

But Levy is a master businessman who can do no bad…

Wow. His CV is appalling, and they're appointing the manager who was sacked and then got replaced by the manager they sacked.

fecking brilliant
