Nope, looking at the AWB video he got there just 2nd and caught the man instead of the ball, KDB gets there first but then catches the man.
The real reason KDB isn't sent off is because the ref gave a yellow, whereas in Uniteds game the ref gave a red. VAR rarely changes the on field decision - highly likely if the on field cards were reversed then those decisions would also have stood. Just a lucky break that the ref was lenient.

City aren’t building play from midfield, it’s further up because of it and it’s why it looks as if PSG are away from home right now. City are boxing them in and it’ll get worse

it’s mad how the angle of the camera changes how tackles look. Fabinho just slid in there and on first view looked like he went studs up into the Porto players knee. Wasn’t even close on replay.
