Jorginho missed two penalties against Switzerland (one in each game). Had he scored one, Italy would have qualified. He is lucky his miss in the Euro final was not decisive. Otherwise that would have been an even more catastrophic series of penalties.

I prefer this format to two legged matches as it's all on the night compared to defensive first legs from both teams sometimes. Rare good format change here by Uefa/Fifa.
