I dont see kmag lasting the entire race either. He said he didnt have required neck fitness for the g forces around the track and was barely holding on in qually. 50 odd laps might just be too much for his neck.

Interesting to see how Verstappen handles trailing LEC with 26 points already, if he risks it all at the start today and retires he could be 50 points behind after today and pretty much game over. Thats one of the most interesting things to watch this season, can Verstappen play the long game?
Its only one race, no need to panic at all. Max can win this one and Leclerc can go into DNF all of sudden. Max wont change a thing i guees. He is who he is, its up to others to not giving a damn inch either to Max. If come summer break he is still trailing Leclerc by some margin then we might see sloppy Max again.

In the Channel 4 highlights Lewis did say his side tried to gamble on some changes and it went wrong. Seems like he could've been around where Russell was if they just left it.

We are all interested to see how he does. His lack of maturity and patience could see him make some mistakes. Both will come with experience though.
His swearing in qually at his team isnt becoming of a team leader, definitely needs to improve on that aspect.
Alot depends on whether they take the penalties to re-do his car setup andnbreak parc fermme rules. Which i think they should. Not much difference between starting 16th in a car with a bad setup and dead last in a car with a better setup.

“It’s all well and good saying that, but we can’t physically achieve that right now. So we need to have a rethink.”

Also both alfa cars expected to lose places at start of race for next few races. They have a clutch start problem which affects 50% of starts and means they are slow getting off the line.

He will have to start from the pits undo whatever they have done to the car, there's no point in going out with the same car from yesterday. Starting from pits is probably safer to do so at track if you are starting from the back to avoid getting getting tangled up with other cars driving straight into another accident.

UX-wise that's actually well done. It displays how much time is remaining rather than the actual time of start. Which would confuse lots of people because of timezones.
They really haven't bothered their arses making any effort to redcue the travel burden on the teams never mind the collated carbon footprint of the sport.

Hadnt looked at the schedule before but this is a shambles. Should have kept it similar to last year.

thats not a good schedule, think they have more that one pit crew and the European leg is don with trucks I think , but you are right does nothing to help the Carbon foot print and cost.
