F1 2022 Season

Well we can guess the result of the next gp already as its canada and RB are 15kph quicker than ferrari in a straight line. Plus very few corners in montreal.

Does anyone know whats been the earliest a drivers championship has been won? Cause max could be on to break that record.

not sure about that, ferrari will still get points consistently but their reliability has pretty much guaranteed max the title.

Bit of a let down considering how good it looked early on.

from looking at the way hamilton is moving it could be that he has just shat himself during the race.

Ferrari are a mess, not only reliability wise. Sainz isnt in the championship at all. So why not run one car skinny with little drag i.e. saniz and leave leclercs car as it is. Use Sainz as test mule. They need to claw back the straight line deficit as it doesnt matter if ferrari get pole. All RB have to do is wait till DRS is enabled and they will breeze by.

I think so as well. He is a special talent.
he’s won the every junior formula he raced in, beat bottas on the first weekend he drove the car and outperformed that pathetic williams all season long.

The boy is a huge talent that’s for sure.

Canada is long bumpy straights so they’re going to have to do something with the suspension or ride height

Sky f1 said during commentary that a FIA change maybe coming very soon this season. Noone knows what it is though. Maybe a mandatory minimum ride height raise or allowing active suspension next season. The drivers have been complaining so much that its becoming a health and saftey issue.

For this season? I can imagine something being in place for next season that's unfair on teams like RBR as they have managed to work around this issue.

Think Hamilton laying it in a bit thick with the back pain? Russell walking around like nothing wrong.

yeah. my mum is 20 odd years older than lewis and she spends her weekends getting bounced around in a variety of cars like that and she doesn’t complain.

Hamilton was running a different floor to Russell which made the bumps even worse.

The W13 is a dumpster fire of a Mercedes.

So Leclerc didn’t take a new engine today… They used the same old engine they used in Monaco that’s 5-6 races old now?

If so that’s a massive cock up. Not taking a new engine in Monaco understandable. Not in Baku. Max and Perez both had brand new engines today.

Yes this season for a interim solution, i.e. minimum ride height before reintroducing a technology for next season. We dont know details yet. RBR are also getting some porposing. I didnt think they were but when you see max onboard his head is bouncing up and down on the straight. Obviously the least porposing on the grid, but still the long term damage of the brain being shaken like that is unknown. Mercedes boys were apparently experiencing 6G worth of porposing at 200mph. Thats gotta do some serious damage to your brain, your spine and your internal organs.

Yeh apparently lewis is the test mule for the team. Which makes sense as hes the most experienced driver in the team.

The way Mercedes are going you might as well add packer to random bits of the floor to see what happens. Couldnt be any worse.
