I always believe that for late pen, game changing pens, the main ref should always check the VAR as a precaution. There is too much at stake to keep the initial decision without checking
Soft pen? You can't kick on an opponent's ankle and say, soft pen. Dear fans remove your red tinted glasses and be objective, that's a stonewaller.

Clear pen. Just look at the reaction of the fulham players. Barely any protest.
It's a contact sport yes but I guess it wasn't contact sport when the pen was given at the other end. The Fulham guy didn't even get the ball. Of course I would love for it to not be awarded but common it was clear as day.

I’d love to have a view of all penalties given over the year and pundits viewpoints on them…you’d see so much contradictory statements.

I'm not sure how I'm watching this with Gray and Keys.... but with all the red cards they continue to say "next weekend off before the World Cup", so the production team is utterly woeful at feeding them anything since both serve their suspensions midweek in the cup yet they keep repeating, also just dreadful, but all I could get for the City/highlights
