It's a definite foul. Always/mostly gets blown for a foul outside of the box, but never gets given as a penalty when it happens in the box. It's a clear foul. No attempt whatsoever to go for the ball.

You'd be hard-pressed to call that a push really. I'd be fuming if that one was given against us. It isn't even that different to what Konate just did except it happened at full pace, which is why Sessegnon went down.
