Premier League Gameweek 20-21

I actually think Nunez would be great in a ten hag system :nervous:

I just can't see Arsenal getting complacent. They're in a really good stable and mental flow right now, while being fortunate with their injury record and that of the opposition.

Remind me of Leicester City in alot of ways.

We'll see. There's a long way to go. If they get a run of injuries the wheels could come off the wagon fairly quickly.

So the dibble, empty seat league title and massive horseshoe stuck in their arse champions league final against spurs: is the dominant liverpool era coming to an end?

I'm all in on Mudryk. Have no idea if he has the ability to score goals but he's shown more creativity, guile and intelligence in 30 mins than I've seen from any of this batch of middling Chelsea forwards in years. He should consider restructuring his 15 year contract.

£100m

"What a signing"
bargain

Shit shooting. Couldn't pass properly (that Chukwemenkab example). Didn't trouble Alisson with a shot. Nunez on the other hand was outstanding yet again.
Very excited about Mudryk.

He is clearly direct which is something we badly need. First 45 minutes in the EPL and he caused problems.

How bad is Nunez though. So laughable.

Hmmmm... Who to believe?

I'll take heart. Whilst it feels like the Utd squad is wafer thin, at least in our half season we've been playing bursts of really good football.

Everyone has been hoping for them to have abit of a injury crisis but Arteta has done a great job in utilizing their squad so they don't find themselves in that situation.
I mean, fair play, he's got great usage out of effectively good-ish, but not great, players.Sign of a very good coach.

Outrageous but I really do think it's theirs to lose.

Barring a spectacular turnaround in form I dint think we need to worry about either team challenging us for top 4

Why are gimps like Sutton and Savage allowed to watch the 3pm kick offs but we’re not? I thought the blackout applied to everyone, are they on Reddit soccer streams or something?

I'll just can't shake the feeling that they'll fall apart as usual. Nothing's really changed there. I may have to eat my words obviously.

I am very close to saying that Chelsea and Liverpool wont reach top-4.

If we assume that both United and Newcastle have a significantly worse last half of the season and only pick up .. let's say 33 points in their last 19 matches - Liverpool and Chelsea will need 72 points to get top-4

Can Chelsea pick up 43 points from 18 matches ? Never
Can Liverpool pick up 43 points from 19 matches ? With any previous Liverpool-side under Klopp, I would answer yes - but is this team capable of picking up about 2.2 points pr match - I just can't see it.

I can't understand how this West Ham-team can be where they are. On paper that looks like a tough team to play

One league and a champions league though, in 8 years? They haven’t even retained anything they’ve won. I’d have city’s current side above them for that reason alone.
I'd rather win the CL than retain the Prem... And it was a 5 year spell really. They won the FA Cup and league Cup during that time as well. City is a great league side but they've done feck all in the CL. And in my books, the same side has to be successful in both league and CL to be at the top of the rankings in terms of achievements.
