Strong side, clearly wants to get the tie won so he can rest in the FA Cup and the second leg next week.

    Let's hope we drill them.

Full team in a away game in cup semi final is perfectly logical. NFO is not an easy game. It would be disaster to be this close to trophy and be knocked out from weaker team.

There is always a chance to rotate in 2nd leg

Nobody even knew our 80m club captain England international defender is suspended

Sums it up for Maguire in all honesty

The most shocking part is that he somehow managed to get booked against crap 3rd tier opposition at home in a game we had complete control over.

Who is gonna tell the mods that matchday posters are kneejerk idiots who don't read a note in a box even if it is right above where they type.

Didn't we try a note that said "Don't post other game scores" or something like that for ages.

It feels like Fernandes has played more games in the last three years than any other football player in the world.

Bugger - no Yates for us.

    Hennessey
    Aurier - Worrall - McKenna - Lodi
    Frueler - Danilo - Scarpa
    MGW
    Johnson - Surridge
Interested to see Danilo play a full game as the lone DM. Scarpa combined well with him in that second half at Bournemouth I thought. Some decent footballers there in that Forest midfield with Freuler and Gibbs White

Seemed like a good time to give Eriksen a whole week off with Casemiro rested. Sensible to rest Varane though.

Why no lingard? How have you guys taken to him?
He’s only just come back from the hammy he got at OT - was on the bench on Saturday. Frankly love the guy - great to to have around, really enthusiastic and the rest of the squad like him.

Was hoping Garnacho would have been given a start. He offers more of a threat to opposition defences than Antony does.

To be fair to him, as much of an oaf as he is, he also gets booked for heading the ball once every few games as well.

Tough game. Hopefully we can turn up away from home for once.

Hoping Wout can crack his duck tonight and we can see Pellistri in the second half.

I’m not sure where this impact sub stuff has come from. He is an average player and will be an average sub.
Probably but I’d rather an average sub in limited minutes than an average starter for 90+.
    :nono: :nono:

Players need to be fully fit to play. Not hurried back.
You’ve misunderstood the turn of phrase. I don’t want them hurried back, I hope they are back ‘in a hurry’ as in soon as in quickly. No one wants them back before they’re ready ffs!

Disappointing that Antony is once again in the line-up. Weird, cause Ten Hag has generally been really good at dropping underperforming players but he picks Antony irrespective of Form.

Because he's the only natural RW we have. Because he still works hard and is generally reliable in possession. Also he did well vs Arsenal.

I think it’s good he plays. The more he plays the quicker he picks up the pace over here. He needs to be played into form. It’s there with him, the talent is there.

ETH wants Antony to be more direct, let's see if he takes it in.
