If you score early we will collapse and the stadium will likely get destroyed by the spurs fans. It's going to be a horrible atmosphere.
Soooo a good time to be playing you then?

I am afraid it won't be Spurs who will bottle it. Hopefully, I am hugely mistaken.

Really hope we don't play Maguire. I've nothing against him but Lindelof and Shaw is just must better.

    Hoping to see:

    -----------------------------------------De Gea------------------------------------------------
    AWB--------------------Lindelof------------Shaw-----------------------Dalot/Malacia
    --------------------------Casemiro---------------Fred-------------------------------------
    Anthony------------------------------Bruno-------------------------------------Rashford
    -------------------------------------------Martial-------------------------------------------------

That's our best team at the moment IMO.

I think you are underestimating how incredibly difficult we make it for ourselves to score goals away from home!

A draw would be huge. That would be pretty much game over for Spurs in terms of catching us, and we'd only have to worry about Brighton and Liverpool and we have a reasonable cushion ahead of those two. Also, with West Ham pulling themselves together a bit there's a chance Liverpool might drop points on Wednesday.

subs: heaton, Maguire, Williams, Eriksen, Weghorst, Elanga.

They'll be right up for this. If we beat them we basically destroy their season.

Judging on what I’ve seen they actually do not react well to adversity. But yeah scoring early would be a big advantage as the atmosphere will turn really toxic.

Just saw their result against Newcastle. Blimey. Surely top 4 is secured now? They're 6 pts behind with 2 games in hand.

Are you fecking kidding me. How many clubs is that now that will get rid of their manager before a game against us.

They’re not being sacked because Levy didn’t want to pay off the entire back room staff when sacking Conte as a feck you to him.

Negative. Harry Kane isnt Mitoma. He wont have a problem scoring a ugly header with this two. Id give McTominay a go.
So you'd play an injured centre midfielder in defence ahead of the two lads who were excellent in keeping a clean sheet in a Cup semi final.

Not sure how I'd check the stat for it, but if this happens it must be a record amount of times we've faced a manager in their first game

And with the new Wolves manager, his first league/home game.

Spurs are crap, but we've not played a good game for a while either. Not expecting this to be a great spectacle, but I'd take a scrappy 0-1.

Though it'd be a grand if we could pummel them too, like Newcastle did.

Hard to know what difference it will make having Ryan Mason in sole charge.

Goodwill amongst supporters/players I guess. Slightly better atmosphere in the stadium, less likely to turn toxic etc.

Everyone's expecting an easy win considering how shit they're atm but the opposite will probably happen.

    Sure. That sounds great.

Come to think of it not really.
Having a midget and a man that has just recently had one decent game for us as two CBs really sounds better I reckon. Not that it really matters, we should score 3 at least and its ok

No worries, stick Smalling on Kane. Got to watch out for that new Korean winger going up against Young at RB though.

After that thrashing at Newcastle they'll have to show fight against us in front of their own fans. They've also lost 2 in a row and every time that happened this season they followed it with a win or a draw. I would not we unhappy with a draw, given our schedule and playing every 3/4 days all the time.

Then again you’d think they would’ve bounced back after losing to Sheff Utd’s B team, but they followed that by losing to Wolves and a gutless 0-0 vs Milan that meant going out of CL.
