It absolutely amazes me that for all your wits, you still fail to understand that you can't get rid of Hamas only by using military brute force, thus falling right into the same trap Hamas wants Israel to fall into. You're lagging about 20 years behind and reasoning exactly like the Bush administration did after 9/11.
Israel has about a few weeks, I'd say four tops, before the US calls it a day and pulls the curtain before the whole thing devolves into something that no one will be able to control. The relatively easy and expected progression of the IDF in the first weeks of the war, coming at an immense price for the Gazan civilian population, hardly put a dent on the Hamas numbers. Only about 10% of the Hamas forces have been eliminated, and that's going by the IDF's most optimistic evaluations. A few weeks more will never be enough to wipe out every Hamas member unless you go even further than what's been done in the past seven weeks, which the world will never allow.
You don't seem to understand that Israel's credit has been spent in the weeks before the cease-fire and that they're on borrowed time. The level of violence and disregard for civilian life which would've never been tolerated for anyone else, if it wasn't for Israel's "special case" which allows them literally get away with murder, is generating an immense amount of resentment and anger across the world that will reverberate in the years if not the decades to come, and that's something the current global power holders simply can't ignore. And that's not even talking about the current and future humanitarian crisis and the pressure cooker called the West Bank.
Another 10-15K palestinian deaths will never be tolerated by anyone. Ever.
