Eriksen just showing how important having creative players in midfield is, especially against this sort of opposition.

We must sign one or two of those types in the summer.

It so clear we need someone who is a natural CM that can progress the ball, make us tick, but also defend. The whole “make us tick” is a thing stats can’t show but you know it when you watch the game.

Eriksen can do it offensively, but he is clearly a CAM and not a CM. He just can’t defend.

Eriksen needs to move to a club that have the fighters in midfield, but need someone to string it all together.

And we need a natural CM who can make us tick without being a liability defensively.
