Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

There a lot of City fans on that thread talking about how they are going to make it 5 in a row but if you factor in the possible exodus of players this summer they may well be in for a struggle next season.

So far Ive seen rumours of Ederson, KDB, Bernardo Silva, and Matheus Nunes being linked with moves away this summer and it wouldnt suprise me if Haaland fled to Real as well.

The agents of footballers earn a cut of the transfer fee and the higher the fee the more money they earn so I imagine some agents will be looking to move their players on this summer due to the fact that if City are found guilty in the Autumn then the value of the players will likely drop, Foden for example has just finished his best ever season statistically and will be on the radar of the top European clubs so his value will be at an all time high and it would make sence for his agent to move him on this summer rather than risking his value being much less next summer if they are found guilty.
I think the extent of their operation is severely underestimated, which is why some trot out ‘net spend’ equivalence and claim we’re anywhere near their ballpark. Ever wondered why no club can ever tap up or go for a City star player? Ever wondered how much the retainers the agents you mention are on?

Unless a player falls out with Pep and is summarily canned, or gets old/homesick, they’re going nowhere. If there’s solid word on the grapevine that charges are actually coming their way, none of the top players are going anywhere. In the event of the hammer actually falling, so long as the powers that be permit, there’d be the biggest fire sale in history for their players and the players will come good because transfer fees won’t be high, which enables better wage negotiation; probably not to the value they’re currently getting on/off the books, but at least a decent chance to bridge the gap.

Too many posts in this thread to copypasta. Just follow the link. The combo of nobody respecting them + the FA Cup loss + the 115 charges are starting to weigh on them.

My favourite post from the few I bothered reading:
The 115 stuff is everywhere. I noticed on the parade there were 115 Cheats stickers plastered all over Deansgate and Peter Street by some rag wankers.
Good lads!

 Yes indeed. They’re doing the lord’s work there
And tellingly there's not a single poster saying IF we're guilty, they all just presume innocence/don't realise how pointless their achievements will become if they've bent the rules.

Real Madrid have Florentino Perez - We have United Arab Emirates
Real Madrid have 15 CL - We have 115 charges

Better off getting a replacement for Kroos to provide the ammo.
They will. I don’t think Haaland will come in the near future anyway. He is not worth the money for them. He would be a luxury player more then anything else.

So any new posts regarding the latest legal gimmick done by citeh to look clean?

Yup, the typical crap they always spout

"More bullshit from the Rag infested football media to turn even more football fans against City."

A few of them realize that it ain't a good look for Citeh...
This should help club's image, sigh. Seems so unnecessary to me. Unless they've got real dirt, which I doubt. Exhausting being a City fan.

Is fair market value a bad thing, really? Or is it not being used fairly?
Agreed - we don’t have to defend the club on everything, this seems desperate and the line about the club believing that sponsors linked to club owners should be allowed to determine how much they pay doesn’t come across well at all.
glass half empty. I’m thinking the case of the 115 charges ain’t going well at all and city are trying to sling some mud about the place. If it was going well why would we rock the boat.

A whole thread on it.

Be warned: you'll feel like you've joined a weird pro-Trump facebook group
First time I've seen BlueMoon from the inside, was suprised to see 191 pages on this thread only to realise each page has only 10 posts! Are other forums like that or is it just City supporters padding something out to appear bigger than they are? They wouldn't would they? I felt like I just awkwardly walked into the taproom of a very anti social pub on Thursday afternoon

They've got the smallest post to page ratio I've seen.

What about the post thanking West Ham. Written by a PR employee. They need to hire brighter staff.

Things that didn't happen has entered the chat...
a dipper messaged me this morning saying we obviously know we are guilty or we wouldnt be counter suing.he kept on and on and on and finally said wont you be disgusted if your found guilty.i replied no mate why should i be disgusted about us spending money i mean its not as if we have murdered 39 italians now that i would be disgusted by.not heard since off him

the thing with city fans: they don’t care how they win, they’re winning and they’re just enjoying the ride. If they lost it all tomorrow, well it’s been one hell of a ride. They’ve wiped the smile of our faces well and truly and loved every minute. It’s sad but it’s true. They never felt this before, never experienced the heights they have reached and in a way they know what it felt like to be a United fan all them years ago. I don’t think they ever dreamed of dominating like this in a million years and now they are they’re just loving having the bragging rights.. by any means.

It’s weird but it’s just the way it is right now. I’m also not convinced as much will be done as they deserve regarding 115. Wasaaay too much clout.
