With other words, you think he is leaving. Got it.I've been expecting ETH to stay when everyone thought his job was at risk with many certain he would go.
Barring the unexpected, he will be staying.
How is it wumming if its the exact same thing Ten Hag inners say? He's wumming
Yeah even if they don't sack him and have to keep him on they obviously don't believe in his ways of coaching.
If they don't believe in him then do they back him in the transfer market?
That seems plausible. What definitely seems clear now, is is that if ETH stays, it won't be because that was the owners' preferred choice.
He's wumming the Ten Hag inners by parodying them. Took me a while to figure out his schtick too.How is it wumming if its the exact same thing Ten Hag inners say?
It's fine to see what your options are. End of the day ETH is our best choice, and if this is the conclusion it feels natural to reward him with a new deal.
It’s easy to imagine what went wrong with Tuchel. Just look at our squad and other issues. You would want assurances that the squad can be improved over the summer, for one thing. That's my guess. And I don't entirely believe the reports we got this weekend, I suspect that Tuchel was the favorite but for whatever reason things didn't pan out.
The other option could be a Sarri-Chelsea situation where the issue is with compensations either to ETH, the club of our target or both.

It's reaching to point where we literally can't figure out if your post is sarcastic or not. Or is it fair to assume that whatever you post in this thread is a sarcasm. It's fine to see what your options are. Exactly, which just makes this whole process bizzare.
Surely it makes more sense just to sack the manager, gives him and fans clarity, then start interviewing for jobs.
At the moment, the first thing INEOS are doing is operating in bad faith to the manager.
Usually a parody is exaggerated which hes done a few times, but this is actually a common takeHe's wumming the Ten Hag inners by parodying them. Took me a while to figure out his schtick too.
Journalists are really taking a punt and hoping it comes off.. how can you say in the next days.. in the same sentence say next hours.
Fabrizio just loves covering his own arse, its clear none of them know. They keep saying coming days and hoping it will happen.

You may be right, I don't know. But there was all this talk about keeping Rangnick and moving him in consultancy role and then bringing in ten Hag as manager so we'd have more of a football structure above manager etc. Then end of the season they announced Rangnick would leave and it felt like "Oh, they actually don't know what they want and don't have a plan" situation.
Didn’t something like this go on with INEOS at Nice. Sure I read there were some issues when they took over another club
Like Martinez you mean?
We were massively short for left backs. Shaw was cleared by the medical team. Shaw cleared himself. But hey, keep trying to stick it on EtH.
Ah yes, our fantastic higher ups of that era, a great example of how to succeed. If we hire Southgate at this point INEOS are just as bad as the idiots before them.Didn’t we hire LvG when he was at an international tournament?
Dr Shaw said he was ok? Ten Hag off the hook thenLike Martinez you mean?

It's not outlandish to say someone knows more about their own body(and that is after getting cleared by the medical team) than someone who is totally unqualified to judge those kind of things. Might as well sack the whole medical team and ask ETH to be the doctor/physio too. I know you hate ETH and want him gone but there's no reason to stick everything wrong on him.Dr Shaw said he was ok? The mask slipsTry not to be stupid.

It's not black and white. Shaw himself said the scan came back and showed something, so he didn't train for a week and still said ok when the manager asked him to play. When the medical staff 'cleared' him, it could've come with some advice about his situation. The manager, like most managers to be fair, chose to risk him. I just think it's laughable to put the blame on the player like he's some sort of doctor when any professional would want to play and give their all for the team and manager. It's not outlandish to say someone knows more about their own body(and that is after getting cleared by the medical team) than someone who is totally unqualified to judge those kind of things. You say this now. But if we did and the press got wind of our interview process. This place would be complaining that we are as bad as Bayern.
Tuchel rejected us; Poch not interested; De Zerbi not sure of the role. All these spun narratives making us seem incompetent.
Once he’s sacked hopefully there will be a quick turn around who to who the new head coach will be.
I dont quite understand the rationale by some to support it. They compare it to a workplace every day event that is nothing like the way football clubs generally operate. I've seen it once recently and it was West Ham with Moyes.Regardless of how you want to dress it, interviewing candidates whilst the current manager is on holiday is really poor and unprofessional.

Seems more like it came from Tuchel himself. Can I just ask has it been confirmed that we have spoken to or "sounded out" other managers?
I know there was media reports and discussions on here but most media reports recently seemed to be shots in the dark rather than facts. (Which is a positive given the leaks etc and a sign we are clamping down).
Your interpretation of what he said might be different as he said there wasn't too much there in the scan. That could also mean he was okay to play a game that was a whole week later with no issues. And we don't know what exactly medical staff has advised the manager. I just think it's foolish to blame the manager here when there's an entire medical team to deal with injuries/knocks and players' fitness. It's not black and white. I've already said this before but even Southgate is well within his rights to take Shaw to Euros. If Shaw gets injured again, the blame should fall to the player himself and the medical staff who advised he will be fit enough to take a part in the tournament.
