Manchester United vs Internazionale Milano

Brown-----Rio----Vidic------Evra
Ronaldo-Carrick-Fletcher----Giggs
--------Smith---Rooney---------

will be nice to see how Eagles plays against quality opposition

We played 4-5-1 whole last season so that is nothing new. And this is just numbers and not how we play. You can say also that we play 4-2-3-1 because of the freedom our attacking players are alowed to.

That's actually not true, we played 4-4-2 when everyone was fit and it was our best formation. Remember when Saha was fit and we played 2 strikers and it was really good?

You could say that but you'd be wrong.

No that is not true. Even when Saha played we did play 4-5-1 (4-2-3-1). And it was Rooney who did take a lower position and played almost like attacking midfielder with Giggs and Ronaldo on the sides and Scholes/ carrick behind him.So I don't see how I'm wrong here.

4-4-2 with Rooney and Ronaldo upfront

It's wrong because Rooney last season played upfront with Saha, two strikers hence 4-4-2. We won't do that tonight because Giggs is not and never will be a forward, he's a midfielder and will leave Rooney isolated like he does every single time he plays this position.

Listen no and read carefully. We don't play 4-4-2. Last season we had 1 striker and behind him 3 players, sometimes just 2. And those 4/3 did change position all the time. But it was never 4-4-2.

i agree with nobby. the pundit's before the game line us up as 4-4-2 but if you actually watch the match, this isn't the case

We're playing 4-2-3-1 today, not 4-3-3, can't see Eagles being in the middle.

Standing in the tunnel talking, wearing United tracksuits. Good to see Anderson live at OT for the first time, shame he's not playing tonight.
Paddy talking about Anderson's hair
