Manchester United vs. Fulham

I'd like to see Fergie try out Anderson at left midfield once.He's too hesistant to move forward in the midfield role,so maybe we can see the best of his offensive and defensive skills there.Opinions?.

Wouldnt be a bad idea actually. Can also move him back to the centre and put Giggs/Nani on if it dosent work out.

Just for a match or two or even a half to see his potential there,he's obviously not willing to put the team at risk by bombing forward from the center.

Exactly.

He's a young footballer and shouldn't be burdened with so much responsibilty on the middle,saf should try to set him loose somewhere.

Which is why we need to try it out now,when scholes comes back,he'll be partnered more probably by Hargreaves or Carrick and you can't throw Anderson on the left wing at the End of the Season.
 
I fancy Fulham to hold us for a fair while.
But we'll wind up winning 3-1. Ronaldo, Vidic, Giggs.

We need a good performance and convincing win, those around us are not dropping points.
 
I could be wrong... but have we had a penalty kick in the premiership this season? I know we had one against Kiev in the CL...

ah yes, i remember. like taking a walk through northern norway, the newbies is. you hear the crickets, you're talking to yourself. back in those days, suprah would actually type out paragraphs, i remember reading them! shape up, or we're revoking the trademark!

and after nani's performance against sporting i am 110% certain we will be seeing mr. giggs in this one.

and i also would like to see carrick over owen, so sticky they call him mister syrup, hargreaves. hey suprah, was it you who gave me the mr. syrup suggestion in my 'let's defeat this hargo crap' thread?
 
Only a win will do, can't let the gap get any bigger. Rooney's return is a massive boost and hopefully we can do the job in style today.

Get the feeling this is going to be a scrappy 1- 0 win. Giggs to score in the second half.
 
Will be a killer game since it's been long since I haven't watched a united game and generally when I watch the players please me (in a non gay way)...
 
Its going to be a close game tbh. We've been leaking in some pretty bad goals recently. So I expect Fulham to score 1, maybe even 2 goals.

I would put Rooney on the bench and unleash him in the last 20 minutes. We could do with Saha and Tevez playing this game.
 
I've a feeling this game may be tougher than we expect. I'd like to see Carrick and Anderson in the middle.
 
I say 4-0 because its not such a hard game at home, on paper that is, and if you check the last matches at home we could have scored more than four in all of them, I dont see this being any different. And you hope Im right.
 
I'm very worried about tonight.

I've got a feeling this could be the start of a mediocre season for us.
