Manchester United vs. Fulham

FT

2-0

Really should have made more of this to improve the goal difference, but 3 points are 3 points.

The point is, if stevie G did that we'd be going mental and calling him a diving cnut and a fanny. Let's be more objective.

He does it all the time. It's part of his game whether we moan or not. I don't give a shit what Gerrard does. Ronaldo was fouled. Clear as day. Did he make a meal of it? He tried. But he also was avoiding a rampaging goalie coming in towards him at full speed with legs out and arms stretched. Most players will jump to avoid having their feet/legs crushed.

Great game. Hargreaves looked class at right back. Wtf are we playing Brown there for!?

We were unlucky tonight. We could have had 4 or 5, but the linesman (although I thought he got most decisions correct) and rub of the green weren't kind.

3 points, comfortable game. Hope nought wrong with Evra mind.

Irrelevent, but what the feck is Sir Alex doing helping England get a new boss? Deary me.

Good win, 3 points in the bag.

Well yes, if you want the pen you don't jump, even if there's a chance you might get injured. Otherwise it's a dive and there's not much the ref can do about it.

you're wrong. look up intent. otherwise you'll remain ignorant and there's not much I can do about it.

If you have to jump to avoid the keeper, who has rushed out and missed the ball, then it should be a penalty.

Your argument is it's a penalty if he stays on his feet, but not one if he tries to avoid the keeper.

He only had to try and avoid the keeper because the keeper was trying to bring him down.
