The Sun's List of Wonderkids for the Future

No Micah Richards

Already an established international and younger than some on that list

And more bewildering no Micheal Johnson the future England captain

Don't know if it's a typo or not but anyone who spells the name Michael like that is not gonna be a future England captain, sorry

So Berlusconi expects Pato to score 30 goals between January and the end of the season.

no pressure on the kid then....

Yeah what a absolute joke. The kid's 17 FFS and the bloody President of all people came out and said he expects him to score 30 goals. Bloody hell.

Maybe Berlusconi's an internet fan too.

Every English City youngster is apparently a future England captain

So youre believing the sun then?

What Berlusconi said (and ive heard it in an interview on an Italian channel) was that he believes that Pato would be a great talent + he wouldnt be surprised that in 3 - 4 yrs he would be at Kaka's level. That was blown out of proportion by the media for the simple reason that Berlusconi rarely goes out and single out youth talent. The last few names he did that where for Van Basten, Kaka and Shevcenko.

Berlusconi is one of the very few club owners who actually knows how football work. He had faith in rookie coaches which turned up to be great managers while he sticked to talent which turned to be world class. Under his ownership AC Milan turned into an efficient factory of success. I doubt that he is so stupid to put such pressure on a kid.
