AaB Aalborg vs Manchester United

I feel bad for Wesley, he's done nothing wrong.

I like O'Shea in midfield. He will drop down to defense when needed with Rafael and Evra playing as wingers.

O'shea will do the steady job sat infront of the midfield that will be required.

Rafeal and Evra pushing down the wings. Nice.

Nice team as always on paper. Its a surprise to see Rafael starting. I hope nothing is wrong with Brown. But there is enough quality there to do the job. As long as we continue to attack them with purpose then we should be fine.

It will probably be Enevoldsen who'll be up against Rafael - he can be tricky, but it'll be interesting to see how Rafael does - hopefully with a bit less risk in the tackles.

Good to see Rafael having a start, been impressed with the few glimpses we have seen from him so far.

Good to see Scholes back in CL action too:devil:

Is PIG injured?

Enevoldsen is the one who watched the first half of the Bolton game on TV. He switched off the tv after the first half because he had already figured out how to beat us.

Game plan looks to be to attack them mercilessly down the flanks - Ronaldo + Rafael and Nani + Evra whilst keeping the centre solid and compact. O'Shea is chosen ahead of other CMs to counter the physicallity and height of the typical Scandinavian game & players. That will be crucial due to our lack of height, aerial prowess and physicallity, apart from our CBs, O'Shea, Ronaldo & Berbatov (just 5).

Again, is pig injured? Why has Amos been on the bench recently.

Looks like Brown is stuck between a rock and a hard place - our club captain that needs games to regain fitness, and a young up and comer who looks like he's the future at that position.

Nice team though, looking forward to it.

I thought we'd be putting out a better side then that. O'Shea in midfield? It looks like Fergie wants to play a game with a lot of speed on the flanks, while also taking the opportunity to give O'Shea and Nani a start.

The Raphael option is a strange one. Brown must have really pissed off Fergie for Fergie to be taking such a chance like this. I hpe it works out OK.

It's kind of symbolic. I remember Wes getting his first CL start at Denmark, when we beat Brondby 6-2.

I think picking rafael is interesting too but apart of me thinks it's right. Rafael, attacking wish is as good as neville and brown - I tell a lie, he's better.

Defensively, well he's not bad considering and I think incidently people talk about rafael jumping in and how it's a deficiency. Nevilles done it 3/4 times this season himself....

Am very content with the team considering and now i'm going for 0-4.
