Hoping for an early goal in the second half to kill the game off. Let's not forget we're playing a premiership side here so the players have done really well.

Gibson's had a better half than Possebon, maybe even better than Anderson as well. He's impressed for the first time in an United shirt. I know he doesn't have a fancy name but he's looked good.

Or at the very least he should be given a chance.

Rafael has been given a chance and recognised as a huge bright spark by those of us who don't automatically get a semi at inhos.

We wanted to see what he could do before we assumed that the mere fact he was part of the Brazilian Twins made him an all-time Footballing Hero.

Gibson has never even remotely been given the same benefit as Possebon.

Welbeck the same versus Manucho.

If you're going to throw Welbeck on certainly don't take off a midfielder to insert a striker with 2-0 lead. If he goes on it would be for Giggs or Tevez.

Possebon has a tendency to dwell too much on the ball, which has also been apparent for the reserves this season - he's usually able to escape the challenges because of his slick touch, but that has been missing a bit lately in my opinion.

Ando however has been great, and he's seen a lot of the ball - good to see him as the playmaker, even if he had one or two bad passes. Now, how about one of those rampage runs, Ando?

Gibson has looked very authoritive and he has had a great performance. Looks very assured on the ball.
