If we play as full strength as possible im not excited about it, if we give some players a chance then i'm looking forward to seeing them play.
 
I'm sure Ronaldo will play,he'll beg saf so that he can play,i mean he must be worried that he has not yet scored in the cl this season.

and they reckon Nev will be playing centre back, which at first glance looks stupid but might actually be the case if we play more like a 3 5 2... Maybe something like...

I know O Shea has played as a striker before but not so sure about Berbatov at left back:)

I think the fact Rooney and Evra are suspended for Spurs, Fergie might play O Shea who hasnt had much games and he might want to use this game to play Tevez and Berbatov up front

Rooney and Evra will probably play in Japan

Its next week I think, semi final on Thursday and final on Sunday if im not mistaken

Swap Anderson and Park and it'd look more likely to me, but I'd still be surprised if Berbatov, Carrick or Vidic were in the starting XI.

I'd guess at something like:

I don't think it will be as weak as that purely because Fergie will really want to make sure we win the group.

I'm not convinced he's that bothered really. A lot of very strong teams have finished orare likely to finish 2nd (Inter, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Bayern or Lyon) so the only advantage of winning the group is playing away first. I honestly think it's more important to avoid fatigue at a busy time of the season... of course I could be completely wrong, in which case take out Gibson and Welbeck and put in Fletcher/Carrick and Rooney/Berba.
 
Not much of a line up if Neville is playing centre back, he was piss poor in there against Blackburn. And made mistakes for more than one of the goals and his inability in the air almost cost us when he was marking Santa Cruz who headed on to Warnock who forced a good save from Foster.

Hope he will out the way at right back as he is starting tonight. I'd rather start with Rafael!
