If anybody uses the round about way to get Sopcast to work on Mac, I fully recommend using mplayer instead of vlc.
love the way SAF is using the squad right now. little tweak here and there to keep the team fresh as well as keep everyone in form (Eg playing Fletcher vs the chavs, resting him vs wigan and bringing him bak today.)
